I consider Hríd a better opition than Xander. With Hríd, you get higher Atk and Res, for lower HP, Spd 1 less Def.
Hríd's weapon is pretty good. Xander can double the oponent if he has QR, but Hríd can cancel foe's follow-up and double the foe, if this foe has a penalty.
The two vantages that Xander has over Hríd are: Xander has Distant Counter in the weapon, so you can use others skills on the A-slot, like Stances or Solo Skills; and Xander has easy access to merges, while you can only summon Hríd on certain Legendary Banner.

It's not that hard to predict Legendary Azura's AI. Let's say we place a unit in Azura's attacking range. If Legendary Azura has a ally with a Rally Skill, that aly will rally Azura and then she will use Grey Waves on that ally. If Legendary Azura doesn't have a ally with rally, she will attack your unit.

That's a good thought. I will go with Azura, but I could consider Gunnthrá for a extra merge. She is the Legendary Hero that I hava with the higher number of merges (+4).

The Legendary Heroes that I don't have are Ryoma, Eirika, Hríd and Azura
My pick will be Azura.
My second pick would be Hríd, because I like him as a unit, and we works pretty well with Gunnthrá
My third pick would be Eirika. She is a good unit, although I wouldn't use her that much.
Ryoma would be my last pick, because I don't really care for him.

In this case, I think that I would go with Red. From the Red Legendary Heroes, I don't have 3 of 5. I have Ike and Marth. I would use Ike to nullify my Ike's Bane, and Legendary Marth is one of my merge project. I don't plan to target him in every banner he appears, but if I get him in any banner I wouldn't fodder him.

We don't know how much time we will have to choose from this special banner. CYL Free Summon banners have a duration of 1 year, so if we have access to this Special Banner for more than a month, and if you have interest in summon on the February Legendary Banner, you could wait for the Feb Banner. Maybe you get Hríd in the Legendary Banner.

So... a unknown menu text was found in the last datamine:
"MID_SUMMON_PULL_ONLY_ONCE_Summon_762_legend13_OnlyPickup: The session ends when you summon a Hero."
For me, and for a lot of people on internet, this sounds like a "Free Summon Banner", just like the CYL banners. And we have the "legend13" on it, which could mean 13 Legendary Heroes.
I believe, for the 2 years anniversary, we will get a Free Legendary Hero of our choice, between 13 possible Legendary Heroes. I am also thinking that, since we have 14 Legendary Heroes, Fjorm will be out of this event. She is already a free hero, after all. Legendary Ike is also a free hero, but he is a different case. He won the A Hero Rises event, and that's why he is a free hero.
Anyway, this is only a speculation, but... If we get a Free Legendary Hero of our choice, what Legendary Hero would you pick and why?
For me, I would pick Legendary Azura. From all Legendary Heroes that I don't have (Ryoma, Eirika, Hríd and Azura), she will be the most useful hero for me.

Oh, I didn't notice that Reyson got demoted. Yay! I will try to +10 him, that's for sure. He has Steady Posture 2 as 4 Stars, which is pretty good.

- I don't have Hríd and Brave Celica, so Red will be a good color for me. I got Owain on the Hero Fest and as my free summon on the VG banner, but I wouldn't mind another copy of him.
- Green can be a good color too, because I would like extra copies of Gunnthrá for my merged one, and I believe Lewyn is possible to appear. Surtr is not something that I would be mad to get. My Silas could enjoy some Steady Stance 4.
- Blue is... Hm... Quan already pity broke me twice, I already have Ephraim, and only Ylgr will not make me summon on this color.
- Colorless can be skipped by me if the units are the ones predicted on this topic. I have all of them.

Anyway, I was working on my defensive team... And Duma + 3 allies with Anima Blessing (2 Anima blessed units and 1 Earth Legendary Hero, which is consider as a Anima blessed unit because we are on Earth/Water Season) reduce my Defense Lift Loss from -80 to -68, a total of -12. It's not a huge difference, but it's something. If I had another Duma, the reduction would be higher (-24), but I will not try for another one. Maybe if I get lucky and summon another Duma in the May's Banner.

I got Lind and Loki on this banner... hahaha, but I got Duma too.
And May's banner will be another Mythic Hero Banner, so two Mythic Heroes on the same banner is pretty good.

Actually, Duma will returns in Late May... I believe we will get a new Colorless Legendary Hero in April.

I got pretty lucky this time! I am so happy! My results are in the Spoiler Tab.

Summer Linde was the first one. She is +Res -Hp. Not bad. I foddered a Summer Linde last month, so it's good to have her back.
Loki was next, in a 8% circle. +Def -Hp. It hurts her Thokk, but it's better than the one I already have, which is +Def -Atk.
In my final circle, Duma appeared! +Spd -Hp. Pretty bad IVs, but I will take it. You are so welcome to my team, God of Strength.
I got 3 Focus units, one of them being Duma, with 70 orbs... and without the need to sell my soul for the Duma Faithful! I am happy with my results. I will stop my summons, because I don't have more orbs and I already summoned my target, Duma.

Congrats for your early Duma. The last mine I got the Legendary/Mythic Hero on the first circle was on Gunnthrá's Legendary Banner, which I got her on the 3rd orb.

The next time Duma will appear will be Late May, with Legendary Eirika, Legendary Tiki and Legendary Lyn (not that much difference from this banner), but May's Banner will be another Mythic Hero Banner, so 2 of them in one banner is pretty good. Good luck in your future summons.

I just want to inform all the summoners that the GHB Elite Quests have just 10 days left.
I believe most of the players already completed the quests, but it's always good to remember.

I have some descriptions for this skill, but the effect is basically the same:
Sweet Lullaby 3 (C-Skill): At start of turn, inflicts status on foes within 2 spaces preventing counterattacks through their next actions.
or
Sweet Lullaby 3 (B-Skill): If Sing or Dance is used by unit, inflicts status on foes within 2 spaces of the target ally preventing counterattacks through their next actions.Sweet Lullaby 1 requires user to have HP=100%, and Sweet Lullaby 2 requires user to have HP≥50%.
The C-Skill would also be exclusive for units that have Sing or Dance skills.

Yeah. The "Punishful Staff" would be a exclusive weapon, and maybe for a Legendary/Mythic Hero. Maybe changing the area effect from "target and foes within 2 spaces" to "target and adjacent foes", like Gravity's and Glare's area range.

Well... we started to have banners with 2 Legendary/Mythic Heroes of the same color. January's Banner has Ike and Eirika, March has Lucina and Azura confirmed... The February banner will have Hrid, Ephraim, Gunnthra, Female Grima, so another color will repeat... Maybe April will have 2 colorless heroes. March's Banner could also have Eir and Duma on the same banner...
But, like you said, we will know it when the banner launches.

This season is the demotion season for me, but for the players who try to keep the Tier 21, good luck.
Edit: I did my Demotion Run today and I got a Score of 1.820. I forgot how good if to do a Arena run without need to kill every single foe with the bonus unit, and I am starting to learn how Legendary Azura works: If you place one of your units on Legendary Azura attacking range, but there is a foe that has a rally skill, that foe will use Rally on Azura and then Azura will use Gray Waves on that foe. If not, Azura will attack your unit.

Punishful Staff (Mt 12 - Rng 2): "After combat, if unit attacked, inflicts the following status on target and foes within 2 spaces of target through their next actions: "Foe's damage calculates as the foe is a staff unit".
Basically, after combat, the enemy team will be inflicted by a "unwrathful staff effect", which means the foe damage will be reduce by 50%. The foes effected by this effect will have the damage calculations as the foe was a staff unit. I put this effect on a inheritable weapon, but it could be on a exclusive weapon.

Cool! I could also see Alm as a Cavalry Lance unit, just like his father or Granpapa Mycen. And I agree that Camilla will be a flier, because she doesn't know how to use her legs in this game.
