Waiting for the old Legendary refines and one more thing. Since Nina got her refine that means we get one step closer to the day that Ophelia gets a refine. She already is pretty scary, her refine should be something like disabling damage reduction or even a simple +10 special damage if they don't want to overpower her even more.

Very easy but fun Abyssal, liked the battle taking place in Zanado. Used the same squad I used for Dimitri's battle. B.Edelgard, Bramimond, Summer Byleth and Mirabilis. Edelgard stood in the bridge (the one at the side of the map) and with the help of noontime and Mystic boost was tanking everyone. Byleth and Bramimond with Mira's help were killing the ones that were surviving Edelgard. Seiros was pretty tanky so Bram weakened her and that's what happened.

Didn't clear the Abyssal first time around as I was not playing a lot at the time so I cleared him yesterday. Used B.Edelgard (that was intentional), Bramimond, Summer Byleth and Mirabilis. Bramimond and Mira like always deleted their enemies and BEdelgard was there to tank. Byleth also did some small nuking and used the duo skill when available. Took this picture (need to do something similar with Dimitri on Edelgard's map if I ever get him).

Lets say you use Thrasir, Mirabilis and Seiros. One of these need to be in the 7th slot. If all 3 are in the main slots, you will be penalized.
It's like how you can use 4 Mythics is Astra Season, when you use Reginn... As long one of them is in the extra slot.

One question I have about the 7th slot is whether it allows 3 defensive myhtics to be used without harming lift reduction.

The free soul is amazing, glad that's the prize. Don't care about Fjorm that much as Astra offense is really good for me with Leila, Edelgard and Dancers and light has Mila.
Personally I think that this year the "hero rises" event will be a special HoF with the top 4 from the voting. This benefits everyone. F2P players can use the free soul to get the free broken Legendary/Mythic/Duo of their choice with even more skills and those that buy the forma packs can get another one.

Now that we have Seiros in the game I don't care about the CYL results that much to be honest. Just hope Marth keeps 1st place.

After being disappointed at 4.25 and nothing in the plegian banner she comes in to finish me off. However, I am veeeery happy she got in the game and is playable on her own now. Definitely will use some anniversary stuff to go for her, she is with Julia and Dimitri and I like both of them. The rest colours are fine, Red I am unsure of as Roy is really not that good and useful for anything.
As for Seiros as a unit. Being the second dragon in Naga's season is kinda bad. Her weapon is really good Atk and follow up in PP and Def/Res and follow up prevention in EP. She also has Res based Dmg reduction making her really tanky. Mirror impact helps her survive PP better and her personal is a really minor boost to mythic allies. Most times by turn 3 some action has already taken place most times so I don't know how practical it is. Also pretty much only Thrasir can appreciate it so she is a bit weird for ARD, but we are forced to use her in her bonus season anyway. AR aside she is a character I truly love and she could be used alongside Freyja (I ever get her) and the chicken.
Will try to get her as missing another another favourite after not getting the Goat lady would really annoy me.

Rhea and Seiros are both top 15 and I am really happy!! Will give 2 votes to Rhea and one to Seiros. Byleth and Eirika seem logical for women and as expected. Marth must keep the 1st position and his fans need to keep voting for him. Gatekeeper as brave would be weird to me but people want him fair and square so that's fine I guess.
A bit sad Freyja isn't even in top 20 and any chances of a non mythic alt is shut down, will try to get her normal version and invest in her as much as I can.

Judging by this twiter voting thing, they might not have that much support but I still hope for the best.
Also tomorrow midterms and I am really excited to see how things are with voting and 3H not being in the centre of the discussion.

Today voted Rhea. Tomorrow is midterms so I don't know how that will effect my votes but I want to give another vote to Freyja as depending on the results I could support one of the top picks or something.

I am not really into the gatekeeper. However, many people are meme voting him and if he gets a good placement then I could see a Jorge situation (where he becomes playable as the GHB) or worst case scenario a Veronica one.

We require a Nintendo account to vote now so that's nice and it will make things fairer. My first vote went to Rhea and tomorrow Freyja. Hopefully after that we will get midterms so that I can know whether Rhea or Seiros is the popular option.
Just a bit salty to be honest about how she still is a different character as her normal version the popular one is in the summer duo and Seiros is a weird thing. Hopefully she doesn't get screwed over.

It's that time of the year, huh? Honestly SF is the only place I bother with CYL as conversations get pretty bold many times. However, I really like CYL as it's a chance for people to support their favourite characters. Hopefully your favourites will make it onto the game this year everyone!!
Last year Edelgard got her brave alt and it has served me really well all this time. Now I will be voting for the remaining favourites. Rhea and Freyja. Felix is already in a pretty accessible form in the game and I am happy as he is really unique especially when thinking he would be another 5* locked fast infantry sword.
Freyja may be in the game playable however she technically is the newest female OC aside from the freebie and this is her first CYL so I think she will score fairly well. I will give her some votes as I want her to at least get a non mythic alt. I doubt she has any chances of winning however I still want to show support to her.
Now about Rhea. I am really confused and a bit salty about her. Being a supporter for Female Byleth left a bad taste and her weird situation with Seiros makes me wonder how her votes will split. I hear Seiros (as a mythic but my point stands) more than Rhea as many people are satisfied with the summer duo. I think this will be her year as the Lords and the popular students have enough attention so she can now be the focus.
These are going to be my focuses this year. I don't care about any of the top picks right now.

Ended in 27 last week so I ended up in Vault of Heaven, I am in tier 32 right now. I keep improvising my defences but they all lose, really hate the new defence mythic restrictions. My offence is also really bad as a simple tank can't do the job and I lack Galeforce or WoM fodder to make Eirforce or any player phase team happen. Next week will purposely avoid VoH so that if I am to reach it it's Astra season with Leila, B.Edelgard, Reggin and Plumeria.

Dorothea is going to be amazing for Legendary Edelgard. Being able to give her 2 extra actions is pretty big.
Also Felix demands that bow from Raphael if only for collection. The Solo condition is a bit tricky for armors like him but it's still really good. I find it better that spendthrift in general but for Felix I think that Brave now is the superior bow. Perhaps I could give it to a potential Norne project.

He has distant ward as I lack DC fodder and ninja Laevatain that he got the Rein from had it in her kit.
I use him for auto battling mostly in TTs or for the Tower quests and that's why I am afraid of some of the newer bows and daggers. However, distant defence seems like a good choice as it also covers that. Thanks!

SpoilerPersonally I just hope he will be visible in the castle. I don't really want him playable as a unit right now, but I wouldn't mind him being in the castle alongside my units.

My Ashnard's build is the following. His weapon, Reposition, Sol/Aether, Distand Ward, QR, Atk/Def Rein. What's a good seal for this build? I am thinking deflect missile to protect him from bows and daggers. Any suggestions?

As of recently I really have given up on the idea of saving and simply pull if anything fancies me. Hoping for any Raphael or a dorothea (Felix and Legendary Edelgard need them). Nothing of note so far only some 4*s.

I loved this FB. The convos were really nice and I loved Wrys's, Henriette's and Eir's inclusion. Honestly, the difference between 3H and non 3H FBs is massive, for me at least. I think they know that 3H will sell because popularity anyway so they don't try as had as they do in other titles like Thracia that they don't really believe will sell so they use the conversations to promote the heroes.

I wouldn't consider that only Medeus and the fire Dragon remain. Ashera, Anankos (2 froms), the immaculate one (2 forms again) and the Hagemon Husk also need to get in the game. I can see the Hagemon and the immaculate one being Fallens and Medeus, Ashera and Anankos being myhtics.
I think I have already mentioned how I would like to see some more obscure choices like demon Fermotiis and the fire Dragon however I don't think they will get them in any time soon if at all.
Would Artifical Merges be a healthy resource to add into the game?

Yes it would be healthy I think and I would really want it as sniping in legendary/myhtuc banners for the first merge can be really annoying. However, I can't see how they would balance it to make you spend for merges and make using them actually worth it.
Trait fruits are a sign that even if that was added the difference would be non-existent for me at least. So far I have changed only 2 traits (excluding the free present). 2 grail units used mostly for Arena don't make any difference. Same thing would apply to merges, they would be there only to fix a bane every 1 to 2 months for the non high spending, top scoring player. Yes, It can be useful but at the end of the day I really can't see how they would balance it and make it worth using. Whales, have enough copies to have easy +10s so they will be bathing in a recource that wouldn't be this useful for them. The average player will most likely be getting them at a way slower rate so the difference they would make at their barracks is not that significant.
