  1. Oh, duh. -.-' Yeah, you got a point. You could buy your support unit too but at that point it still is a lot of dealing for relatively minimal payoff I guess. I stand corrected, so I guess the max proc rate(let's say for sol) you can get is like...65 or 70% then. My bad.
  2. ??? What do you mean by level 15? If I may display my ignorance. It's definitely not a whole game bread and butter skill, but you can always buy your characters from previous files (or grind all the way there if that's how you want to do things and you kicked down for dlc) It gives like a plus 30% proc rate for all of your skills right(I may be thinking of something different)? On it's own it's not great, no. But if you pair it with the other skills that boost your proc rate you can proc something (close to) every battle. I apologize if my info isn't exact. It's been awhile since I played fates.
  3. Hey there, You aren’t alone. For beginners, code can seem impenetrable. But every coding language has clear, consistent rules—and learning isn’t as hard as you’d think.
  4. No problem at all, thanks for reading! I was mainly just wondering what made you come to the conclusion that you "weren't suited" to interact with people. Yeah that's possible too :) this. Something I had a lot of trouble with was developing a sense of self worth and esteem. I just wanted to make sure you didn't think you didn't deserve friends for some reason. It sounds like you're in a good place with it though. also, I'm really sorry to hear about your brother, that sucks. My condolences to you and your family.
  5. TL;DR All I can tell you is from my own experience. If you feel fulfilled and happy with your life with a minimal or no amount friends then go for it. But you need to really examine yourself before you jump to any conclusions. I would ask you this if you (only if you don't mind of course): what made you think you weren't suited for having friends? First let me say I realize this reads kinda like a pastor's note ( I'm really sorry about that, it's definitely nor my preferred tone, I'm not even religious) . And that, while unequivocally introverted, I greatly enjoy talking to a select few people. I know our situations are different but i hope I can help you come to a conclusion. I grew up in a very small town, and lets just say there wasn't a lot of people that enjoyed the same things as me. I at the same time didn't realize how much I craved real human interaction, and enjoyed what interaction I had (however disappointing it was). I was convinced that anyone that hung out with me didn't actually like me, they were just being nice or pitying the weird kid. Part of this was because I didn't have much in common with them (which led to many interactions feeling shallow and like "just going through the motions") but the other part was that I was unwilling to put much effort in to them (I'm not saying this is or was your problem), friendship and general human interaction is a give and take thing, the hard part is finding someone who gives you as much as you give them, I also had self esteem issues but that's a different story :D. Anyways, I ended up going to a music camp (in hindsight music is what gave me a feeling of self worth and is the major reason I didn't go insane) eventually, I ended up meeting a few people there that had more in common with me and helped me realize some people really do enjoy hanging out with me. My point is that it seems like you have had people who you enjoy being around (your mom/grandmother even your internet frineds) and you can find people like that again. I could listen to Kenny G and say jazz isn't my thing, and honestly my life would be fine without jazz, but if I had done that I would be kicking myself for never discovering Coltrane or John Lurie. People are boring, shallow, assholes, or all three, but if you can find one person that wants to actually be your friend it changes a lot. At least, it did for me. Also people are fun but who you are shouldn't be defined by or changed by them . Who you are doesn't have to be set in stone though, and DO NOT ever use being yourself as an excuse to feel inferior to someone else, or to not better yourself. I'm not saying you (or anyone) have to be perfect or honestly even close to, but the constant acknowledgement and rectification of your faults are something you do for yourself, not for anybody else. And yeah, I get that I'm basically telling you that you haven't met the right person (I apologize, it's not exactly what I want to say.) but I hope I don't come off like I telling you that you have to meet this imaginary person. That is not my intention. In conclusion: If you feel it is not unhealthy than do whatever you want as long as you're not developing bad tendencies like becoming super narcissistic or arrogant (humans have these tendencies and friends help some of them keep them to a minimum) but also, I guess those aren't that big a deal if you don't deal with that many people... I think you got me on this one :D But I would also say, a lot of times when people, especially family say stuff like this ( I do not know your family I am just making general assumptions ) it's because they see something off (or that they think is off) about you and are just trying to help. That being said they could also do it because they think not particularly liking to interact with a lot of people "just isn't normal". I apologize that I'm so long winded ( I actually edited this down quite a bit ) but I hope this helps in some way.
  6. In fates, the best one I've found is the Nohrian blood one or whatever. (The second tier Nohr prince class gets it) What it does is makes it so you can proc the skills that your pair up partner has. With this, it is possible to get a character with Sol, Luna, Aegis, Pavise, Lethality, and any other proc skills, as well as Quixotic, and other skills that raise your proc rate. If you build your character right, you can get close to 90% proc rate on some stuff.
  7. Do you automatically describe yourself as “non-technical”? Do goals like learning to code or building your own website seem completely out of reach?
  8. Please, allow me to regale y'all with another tale of my exploits. The time: 2:47 PM, The location: the laundromat. I'm at my neighborhood Lowendry Walaceshing place (luckily not Jaffar from my house), because I need to wash clothes and don't happen to have a washer/dryer at my home. So I grab the nearest bottle of bargain brand Dartergent (I Kent quite remember the name, I believe it was called "Stellar Lime" or "Limstella" or something) and proceed to employ it in the normal way one does when ridding their garments of dirt. When all of the sudden; I see, out of the corner of my Hawkeyes, some Guy circling in like a Raven. Pretty soon he comes and starts Hectoring me, "Hey! you just used the last of my favorite bargain brand detergent" he growls. This Erked me, and filled me with momentary Rath. But my conscience intervened, "stay Sain, Anger Will get you nowhere; mayhaps you can Batre with this Gentlemen". So I said: "I apologize for using the last of your favorite, but what is done is done. Perhaps I can make it up to you in some way? He stopped in his tracks, "I am taken aback, your kindess Harkens back to a previous age of laundromat etiquette. Forgive me, I acted Karellessly, I had so much Pent up rage that I Karlassly inVaida'd your privacy and took it out on you." He said, in a kindly manner. "Please do not bother yourself, I will Geitz you a new bottle swiftly ".I proclaimed. Later that evening, with my promise fulfilled, and my clothes boasting three kinds of softness and a lemony scent; I slept easy, realizing what a little kindness can do.
  9. I read them in publishing order but you could really go either way. The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe is a solid stand alone book, so what I might do would be to read that one first, and then think if you want to continue that book directly, or get some more backstory on the whole world. However you read them, enjoy!
  10. So I had to go to my loColm grocery store to pick up some milk right? But when I get there Vallter they have is this ultra fancy stuff from Franze that's three times the price (even though it was on Saleh) ! I could barely aForde it (Innesmuch as it costed almost as much money as was in my walLute at the time) but after Mouldering it over decided I had to get it. Anyways, after leaving the store I stepped in an unidentifiable sticky substance and quite loudly proclaimed "Ew, an unidentifiable sticky gRoss substance!". This left me dejected and Myrrhthless, but I pressed on! Artur all, I was only a block from my house by this time, and I was ready to just Dozela off and Lyon my couch. Finally, I arrived back at my humble abode and was filled with a feeling of Syrenety, Knolling I had completed my task. (Though I ended up spending more money than I had thought I would, I promised Myself I would never Duessel again.)
  11. My apologies for diverging slightly. But it seems to me that many people in this topic might enjoy the video game series Langrisser. It's got 5 tier branching promotions, a customize-able non avatar main character, honorable humanized enemies (baring a select few), and it's still pretty similar to Fire Emblem. To stay on topic though, I 'd also like to see more geographically interesting/diverse locations/maps.
  12. Bigger hair No pair up mechanic would be nice No more of the class switching seals. No more avatars. No connection to previous games
  13. Really the only mustard worth eating is a nice jar of Pitzmans mustard. It brightens up practically any recipe. But to be serious; I greatly enjoy mustard and acidic food in general. I have the habit of putting straight vinegar on sandwiches.
  14. Sorry for the late reply, I've been pretty busy lately. You can get it here (click the DLsite link). It costs 5,940 yen (roughly 60 dollars american) but is well worth the money assuming it's really something you want to work with. ( This link is for the Japanese version, if you want that.) You can also get it on Steam for $59.99. (As of August 2018) in English. There should also be a trial version you can get for free.
  15. Hey all, I just thought I'd post these websites in case anyone was already or wanted to start messing around with SRPG Studio. Here's the manual for the game. http://srpgstudio.com/english/help/index.html. And here is the script reference page. http://srpgstudio.com/english/api/index.html. If anyone has any questions feel free to ask. I'm no whiz, but hopefully I or someone else in the thread should be able to help.

  18. I'd like to see any Langrisser remade. But I think Langrisser 3 is the most deserving of a remake.
  19. I'm playing the psp version of 1.
  20. Cool. I started playing through that one earlier this year but decided to switch to Growlanser halfway through. I'll probably get back to it in a couple months or so.
  21. Thanks, all! oh yeah, I'm a big fan of Langrisser too.
