I honestly think the idea of generic engineering to create the "perfect" person is kinda creepy. Plus it could also get into the wrong hands. A dictator could use it to eliminate those who don't conform to his idea of perfection. The idea of generic engineering honestly reminds me of eugenics, which is a very evil idea that was put into use by many governments in the 20th century (most disturbingly in Nazi Germany). As recently as the 90s, there was a sperm bank that tried to breed "perfect" kids from Nobel Prize winners. Honestly, with kids, you get what you get. That's what my mum always says.

I feel like I'm a lot nicer now than I used to be. I used to buy into that social justice garbage on Tumblr and Twitter. I used to complain about racism and Islamophobia and being oppressed. What helped me snap out of it was when I realised that it was making me miserable and holding me back. I learned to get away from identity politics and just live life as it was. I also learned that getting offended by things in fiction and in the news can actually be counterproductive. Once I shed these toxic ideas, I felt much happier online.

Hello there! My name is Zaki, I'm 22 years old, and I'm a big fan of Fire Emblem. I've played every game since Awakening (and ROMs of some of the earlier games). I live in Australia (although I was born in Lebanon) and I love cosplaying. I also love video games, food, swimming, surfing, skateboarding, golf, reading books, and celebrity news.
