Splices are pretty clean, good starting place. On the second splice, the far pauldron seems to be slipping off of his shoulder/his shoulder is being flattened. It makes the far collarbone into shoulder look a lot longer than it should. Maybe try bringing it up and to the right a few pixels.

What I would do is just rush Priscilla's village with Marcus and rescue her back to the group. Marcus might have to deal with Erik, I forget the specific setup of the map. At that point, just have another small force split push up to the village near Erk and help him dispatch the units there and recruit him. How are you currently playing the map? Turtling in the starting area?

I'm not quite dead just yet! While I haven't really done any new spriting in the 2 years I've been MIA, I have touched up on a few of my older sprites; some minor edits, some major. Maris (renamed from Basil) ----> Basil got a much needed haircut and a less Hector face. Hopefully the years-old problem of his flat hairline has been addressed now. Baldric (renamed from Braig) ----> New fashion sense to look more regal. May need to play with his shoulders; kinda feel a tad too high. Sybil ----> Just touched up the trim and jewel shading. Greyston Don't think I ever officially posted this game. Made him for a splice contest a year or so ago. I think the theme was "gentle giant," but I can't remember.

Going off what Lenh said a little more, your sprites certainly aren't bad. You know angles which can be tricky for some people. You just namely need to clean up places where difference parts from different sprites meet. The collar and bangs on the first splice, the choker of the second splice, the area where the helmet meets the face on the 3rd splice, and the bottom of the near hair on the final splice. Overall though, you're on the right track, and I'd like to see what else you can do!

For the sake of speculation, I think it's more safe to assume that all of these pokes are neutral nature uninvested. Everything else is too variable for a clear representation for a reveal. If I were Game Freak, I wouldn't want to underplay or overplay a pokemon's potential. ...But I'm not Game Freak; they're unpredictable lately.

Out of all the Gen 5 pokes that could have gotten a mega... why Audino? Has anyone ever caught an Audino outside of dex completion? I always just used them for more exp...

A description of Mega Sableye: "It is said that Mega Sableye uses the jewel as a powerful defensive tool in battle. From behind the shelter of the jewel, it can readily exploit the opponent's weaknesses and take advantage of any openings. It is said that the jewel hardens into such strength that no attack can even make a scratch!" I swear, if this thing keeps Prankster as an ability and is a wall... recover toxic stall here we come.

My friend and I can't get this to work after countless attempts so I'm hoping one of you might be able to help us out. Golem (not shiny) 6IV Adamant 200HP/252ATK/56SPE -Rock Blast -Stealth Rock -Earthquake -Sucker Punch (the move that is giving is trouble) No matter what we do it's not letting sucker punch in, which is a legitimate move from 4th gen move tutor. Even after genning a Golem from Gen 4 it does not work. Thanks for the assistance!

A friend and I have been mulling over the "whole new area," or whatever they said in the trailer for a while. And even after the game was confirmed to be a remake, we were wondering what this meant. One of the ideas we thought of, and we hope comes true, is the possibility of going into space. Hoenn is the region that it would make the most sense to go to space in with the Mossdeep Space Station as well as several space themed pokemon such as Solrock, Lunatone, Deoxys, Jirachi. It would be really interesting to see where they take this idea, considering the whole space station dynamic in R/S/E was a complete let down.

One of my friends and I tried to do this last night but it didn't work for us even after we were 500% sure of our inputs. I posted on their forums so hopefully they'll respond. Thanks for finding this, I was scared I wouldn't be able to gen pokemon anymore. EDIT: This was a reply I got from one of the moderators: "When the servers will shut down, this formula won't work anymore. So the formula will close on May 18th, because we need some time to download the data. After this date, you can use the following app, but only for Mario Kart Wii" Doesn't seem like this is a saving grace after all. -
Yes, this thread NEEDED to happen! I feel like most of my thoughts have been conveyed already by previous posters. But one thought I cannot stress enough is that I think it's time for a new installment in the series. I don't know where we can go from here, really. Unless we go to someplace after Fusion. Admittedly, if a game were to acknowledge canon of Fusion, then it would thereby acknowledge Other M, which I really wish weren't the case... I, for one, would love to see another 2D Metroid game come out for the 3DS. Another open, 3D title would be fine and dandy for those who own a WiiU, but I would really like for Nintendo to pay homage to the series roots with a 2D sidescrolling 3DS title.

EDIT: Couldn't think of a better place, so I put this here. I was under the impression the PoR section of the forums was for mechanic and gameplay related content. So Path of Radiance was one of the Fire Emblem games I wasn't able to play through multiple times. It came out when I was relatively new to the series, and I had only played FE7 at the time. This was also a time when Blockbuster Video was still alive. As such, I rented PoR, and while I now realize that PoR isn't the greatest installment, I loved it at the time. I'd like to experience it again, and I can't do so on Dolphin. My computer isn't able to run Dolphin (built in, Intel graphics), so I've been trying to find a copy of PoR. This is my dilemma. I can't really find a copy for less than $60 and I don't really feel like shelling out that much money for it. I'd probably do $30 at most, but if I have to, I'll go $40. My question, do you guys think that PoR warrants a price as expensive as it has on sites like Amazon and eBay? Below are screens from the few top results on the two sites. [spoiler=ebay] Would anyone know of any places where I could get it for a more reasonable price?
