I think if FE had the same growth rates for every character any character could grow in any way which is pretty crazy, in fact I think every playthrough would be different if every character had the same growths. For example the main character could become more proficient at magic than physical attacks or become a knight that has good resistance or a paladin with low Str but high Str. I also feel that base stats could play a more significant role if this idea were implemented in a FE game. I tried making a growth rate that would be used for this idea: HP 127, Str 35, Mag 35, Skl 45, Spd 30, Lck 45, Def 30, Res 30. What do you all think of this idea and the growth rates? EDIT: For the main character the growths would be: HP 142, Str 40, Mag 40, Skl 55, Spd 35, Lck 55, Def 35, Res 35.
  2. Hello! I have updated the patch to fix Kyle's palette, I also made some changes: Garcia and Kyle now have edited growth rates. Vulnerary and Elixir now cost more. Changed the promotion gains for the Fighter, Pirate, Mage, Shaman, and Knight classes.   3. Hello everyone! I have released another revision https://www.mediafire.com/file/ceocvc5og7fwag3/FETTD_V1Rev12.rar/file here are the changes: Sure Strike has double the chance of activating. Great Shield now activates based on Skill. Silencer activation rate is now 70% instead of 50% vs regular enemies and 35% instead of 25% vs bosses. All playable classes max HP is now 99 and characters can now get max HP to 99. Eclipse's damage will now always be half of opponents Max HP. Heal now heals 7+Mag HP instead of 10+Mag. Mend now heals 15+Mag HP instead of 20+Mag. Mend now heals 35+Mag HP instead of 80+Mag. Angelic Robe now increases max HP by 3 points. Male and Female Wyvern Knights now have +2 max Str.   4. So I have been checking out Tales of Arise and Xenoblade Chronicles recently and discovered they both don’t have MP as a stat. XC has cooldown for it’s arts and Tales of Arise uses SC which is kind of like MP but it automatically refills. I’ve noticed that some game devs have decided to no longer use MP I’m wondering if there’s any disadvantage to this or not, what do you think?

I forgot to mention to find out if a class is special or not all you have to do is look at the class description, you will need to know that in order to know who can use the Force Edge, Sword, and Blade, and the Wind Sword, and Rune Sword. Many battle animations have been replaced: Also the new Sniper animation by Nuramon that used to freeze at melee and crit melee range is fixed in here. Enemy Paladin's now have more resistance. When promoted Eirika and Ephraim can now use staves: Seth now has a new promotion to Grand Paladin through a Master Crown*, you can obtain it by defeating Riev in Chapter 19: * For some reason the Master Crown won't work on the world map so you'll need to promote in a map. Wretched Air and Decay Breath should now cause a green flash on units when attacking from the map. Morva was buffed. His class was changed and it's description: The Force Edge, Sword, and Blade was added: Female Wyvern Knights: Max Res+2. Enemy warrior's will now have slightly more defense.   11. I absolutely love God Shattering Star as well because of it's incredible vocals and powerful orchestra, although I think the vocals overpower the orchestra a little too much to my liking.
  12. What is your favorite song from a video game and why do you like it? I have a lot of choices for my absolute favorite but I choose Fury Sparks because it has the best "this is it feeling" out of any song I've ever listened to, it matches with the opening camera movement in Tales of Vesperia, which I think is a perfect addition for the song, has an original perfect and powerful loop, and a perfect opening with the piano which really gives a sense of journey to the point in time that this plays like "you're finally here". I noticed that Project Ember added characters to FE6 and there is a hack for FEFates that makes some boss characters playable I'm wondering if it's needed or even a good add I generally think they don't because the games mostly have a character for each class. Additionally, certain really good pre-promotes can IMO eliminate the need for a class from a unit, such as Perceval as a Paladin fitting perfectly into any team and eliminating any reason to promote and use another paladin before him. Another example in PoR might be Muarim, he is pretty much Mordecai LVd up without needing to LV up Mordecai so I would recommend players use Muarim before any other Laguz he's also available around the middle of the game which is pretty good considering his LV IMO. Another example is Vaida and Harken from FE7 I guess?

I have released another revision: https://www.mediafire.com/file/xtkqnowwe7eb595/FETTD_V1Rev9.rar/file I decided to change the colors of three of the four color options in the options menu and change the colors for the battle screen and the battle preview. I added +5% HP growth for Joshua. Based off of the feedback I received about Eirika being one shotted: I added a 10+Luck bonus to Eirika's Swift Rapier so that she will have a higher chance of dodging, I changed the talisman you can get at Chapter 1 to an angelic robe so that you can use it for more than just magic attacks, and I added an Angelic Robe to Ch3 so Eirika or any allies HP can be boosted up.   19. They are told to you, but do they have to limit you so much that you can't use your favorite units? I think it's fine to have some Lunge skills but when you have EVERY unit have it for example that's bad design IMO.
  20. Yeah I should probably explain the unfairness of Conquest: 1. Lunge, Seal skills, and Poison Strike skills: these are without a doubt the most annoying part of Conquest and IMO prevents you from using certain units like Arthur because of their lack of defense which is completely unfair IMO and since you would need to one round a lot of enemies it's very luck based. After lunge is used many enemies can surround a unit and kill them only characters with high defense and in defense stance can survive which is completely unfair. 2. Enemy Reinforcements: This has been an extremely annoying thing for me, they litterally arrive RIGHT near your units if you don't know EXACTLY where placing a unit triggers their spawn, which can easily kill any of your units espeically when they have good skills. 3. The most unfair chapters in the game IMO: CH10: Because of Lunge. CH19: Because of it's gimmick. https://youtu.be/_X3jmCAPkQ0?t=671 CH20: Because you have to be good enough to mow down enemy after enemy. 4. The bosses: This is a minor issue but the skills and equipment they have equipped make completely no sense. CH 11 Hinoka: Winged Shield seriously? When can we get a Winged Shield? CH 13: Scarlet: Death Blow seriously? CH 17 Kotaro: We have the caltrops we have to keep Saizo alive, and we have to deal with Grisly Wound (which normally only the Wolfssenger can learn but he oddly has it) and Trample and he's on a throne WITH high speed AND Duelist Blow??? CH 19 Kaden: Armored Blow and Pass how?? CH20 Fuga: Seal Str, Spd and Def, and Sol that he can't even learn normally AND he's on a Throne AND has 1-2 range weapons ONLY enemies can have? CH 25: Ryoma: Lunatic and Hard have a VERY different Ryoma but look at his OP stats AND HE MOVES, not much else to say. CH26 Iago: his infinite staff usage and you don't AT LEAST get a siege tome OR a Silence staff, oh and also a million Generals with OP wary fighter ready to kill you and if that wasn't enought Stoneborn that can immobolize you anywhere and kill you anywhere.😡 Conquest EG: We all know the issues with this. Let me be clear that this only applies if a player doesn't use online features.
  21. Also if anyone is pressed for time and just wants to skip ahead to play certain chapters on Difficult mode they can use the saves I already made that are in the download.

Conquest is IMO 100% against the player shutting down nearly all options they could have on nearly every map and the hardest FE game ever, it isn't meant to be fair and is more luck based than the lottery so I wouldn't worry about getting better at that game. Despite the website saying it's the "traditional" FE game it isn't in any respect considering it loses the spirit of practically any FE game. Birthright is FAR more like any FE game playable yet IS calls it a departion from the FE series: you can farm (like the Arena in FE 4-8 and 11-12), you can farm supports Like FE 6-8, and enemies don't have unfair skills (Like FE9-10 and maybe 12), heck it even has a Dragon as the final boss (like most FE endings). TL;DR Don't worry about getting good at Conquest it's (supposedly) intentionally completely unfair.
