    Calling for peaceful protests when cops can act with utter impunity because it is, in most cases, not just encouraged, but expected? That is rich. No social contract exists when one of the parties concerned has been acting in bad faith all this time, have been systemically fucking the other party over in every way imaginable, and making the other's existence in society a living hell. Be glad that the aggrieved side is demanding fair treatment through protests, and are not literally out for blood.

    It's just that bad, and the way how some people are more worried about sports (or in this case, a Disney ride) tells much about what they prioritize. At best, some of these folks are misguided, but at worst, hanging onto these stilted, outmoded notions on race and privilege makes their place in society forfeit.

    Luck is an interesting thing, for sure @SuperNova125, considering that almost all my 5* pulls from the CYL banner (not counting the free/Sparked ones) are Three Houses characters (the one exception being Mikoto): Regular Lysithea M!Byleth B!Edelgard B!Claude Bernadetta ...and I got two Sparks left. I may just hold off on spending for orbs until MHB.

    Picked up Diablo 3 on sale in the eShop, and currently farming items for an alternate Barbarian build (Wrath of the Wastes; currently farming with a Leapquake build).

    First time in months that I'm on a Monday-Friday work schedule. I have no liking for it whatsoever. Between meetings with peers and folks higher up at the drop of a hat, I seriously doubt if I'd have time for the folks I'm supervising. At least I can still work from home.

    Before I put my two cents in, I won't go as far as to call the damage mitigation skills Parry, for two reasons: You don't avoid the attack, in the strictest sense, You now have a damage mitigation skill based off of Defense (B!Dimitri's Blue Lion Rule--the first of its kind). With that out of the way, I think that it may be the ripe time to take a second look at anti-infantry weapons--IS can divvy it up between melee and magic (they have Kitty Paddle already, so the same weapon for melee types is not that far from reality) if they are so inclined.

    No noteworthy pick from the Hoshidan Summer banner. I swear, this banner is still the drizzling shits. On my way to the second spark, I've gotten my first non-Three Houses pitybreaker in Mikoto (lol). Used the second spark for Dimitri.

    Seconding this. If ever Hanneman ends up in FEH, the ensuing Forging Bonds talk ought to allude to the implications/realpolitik between people with such marks and those who don't. This should be hilarious.

    Nine orbs from Rokkr rewards/Forging Bonds/login rewards. Green orb netted me a +atk Brave Edelgard, so the default one I Sparked for is merged into her.
