Boron is obviously scum (prior to this game, I always subbed into scum slots after all!!), let's dunk on the deep wolves first.

No worries, just play when you can (or sub out if you don't think that'll be possible for a while).

For the second, I was being dumb and trying to say that a newbie just voting someone doesn't mean they're scum. Okay, I can better get where you (and presumably Marth are coming from) now. My problem was I felt conflicted on my cases, and there was nothing about FF that made me think the slot was town. So I didn't have the strongest scumread on the slot, but I had the least reservations about voting it. Also I figured pressuring a newer player relatively quickly would be telling in some way. My vote wasn't a pressure vote FTR, this just made me more okay w/voting him. The fact that FF reacted the way he did was helpful in reading him. @weinerboy My problem is more that I just have a lot of nulls and a lot my scumreads just died. This depends heavily on their next posts, but I can see myself dropping my Kill/Bartozio reads as well so it's like...I'll need to look into my null pile next. Issue w/Mackc2 read for me is he said he'd be gone for the first 24 hours, so I'm more interested in his next post. Depending on how that goes, I may be okay w/voting him. Everyone else has been gone or posting content that I could see them doing as either alignment. FJP's Alette tunnel bothers me on gut but I don't have any issues w/his actual posts. @RADicate Hi!

@weinerboy Can you explain your Athena read? I have difficulty reading him unless he's being scumread cause his tone is fairly neutral as both alignments. For me, he's one of the nine slots who are null for me haha.

When you asked me to check back for where you were self conscious, I was like "fuck, I thought there was way more than this" so my case on you was definitely kinda bullshit but I wanted more out of you before admitting that. @Alette Sorry if I'm frustrating here but can you walk me through your thought process regarding what's going on? I know you mentioned that you don't have any defined scumreads. so just tell me about your null reads and why you're mixed on them. I sware I won't be like "Alette is waffling here must be scum!!".

Friendly advice: Even if you can't get a full read off of it, just quote anything that you're not sure is honest and explain why that is. Even if it doesn't lead to a scumread, it shows your thought process which will make you easier to read on future days. Fair enough. It's suspicious because he only unvoted after he got a lot of flak for his initial vote, but didn't provide the reasoning at all. Also yeah, I get it FJP. I was on board w/you at first until I reread what FF was quoting.

FF is probably responding to the "I have no idea why you guys let Corrobin go???" part. To be honest, FF's last few posts have been killing it tonally for me*, so I feel pretty shitty about where my vote is at in relation to missing stuff from Corrobin. I still want Marthena to explain why my vote was opportunistic and what issues they had with it (because I still see it as being fine, last few posts notwithstanding), but uh ##Unvote I don't know, I'm a bit out of it and also I don't know about my remaining scumreads. KTS should post more (I don't even care about his alignment, I just want to see more KTS posts), and I'm awaiting responses from Alette and Bartozio before I can feel comfortable voting them. I already mentioned everything I found notable about Shinori's early game posts. Anything I did not mention is not alignment relevant. You didn't adequately explain why it's more likely to come from scum than town, so of course you're going to get those responses. You're assuming that every single Newb!Town player will act exactly the same, which is like so destined to fall in your face. Corrobin making a vote and then leaving does appear non-threatening at all, how the actual fuck did you get this impression? Did you read the last game? I already mentioned what specifically bothered me (again, he doesn't have much content, so it's easy to tell) but as scum he postures and you can't get the logic behind his actions. That's how I felt about early!KTS and I didn't get the logic behind any of his actions until recently. Alette's reactions were self conscious and worried about opinions on her in a way I don't see her reacting as town. Also didn't like her Corrobin vote. I'm not scumreading him for that lmao, that's me reading the gamestate and being surprised someone like KTS who is being antagonistic and doesn't have strong pushes so far isn't being pushed at all. They both did subpar play (and FF's has more scum benefit, because not voting as a newbie gets you way less flak than voting does), and Corobbin was plastered for it whereas FF got no flak at all. He's not lynchbait because he's new, he's lynchbait because he voted without any explanation which instantly gets you flak despite not actually having much scum benefit. Yeah, I'm not too worried about him. I had the same read on Orihime as well FWIW, which is why KTS is one of my lower scumreads (higher than Bartozio because I think Bartozio's frustration makes more sense coming from Town!Him). Marth/Bartozio are more the problem for me, because they tend to get mislynched as town. Also good vote. I'm more interested in peoples' reactions to Fire Flight. Felt like people were being very helpful towards him, even though they didn't offer the same courtesy to Corrobin? They are! It's just that as town you have a good reason for that (feels like you want to gauge other peoples' reads before outing your own).

At the moment, my reads are like Alette (not the strongest scum read I have, but least town explanations) > Marth > KTS > Bartozio. Done spamming the thread, sayonara bye bye.

KTS read sucks because I never went into what about him bothered by me. It's his reads on Boron and Bartozio, which read more like him posturing as scum over him playing his cards close to the chest.
