Lyre is too high, her score should be -aleph-null at maximum. I would rank her -aleph-7.5/10 at most. Oliver is too high, he should be 384618.5/10 Nephenee is just where she needs to be. As much as I love obsess over her, I'd only give her an 8/10 at most myself, with a bias point. Also, firefighters are clearly at least 9/10. God, they fight FIRES. Most people only fight dragons or demons or gods; these guys take on unyielding infernos of death and destruction.

Let's not argue over who Ike got married to. The games never really pushed a pairing for him (like FE6 pushed x , FE7 pushed Eliwood x Ninian and Lyn x Hector, and FE5 had Levin be the father of Sety, thus eliminating the other possibilities from canon). For all we know, he could have gotten married to Ashnard. he so married Nephenee just to spite the rest of his army

Ah, the electric rodent, mascot of the series. It's okay. Electric SUCKS in Gen 1 in terms of gyms. Loses to Brock, is okay against Misty (have fun with Starmie though), is resisted by Surge and Eirika, is usable against Koga, sucks against Sabrina, is usable against Blaine, and is fail against Giovanni. Actually, scratch that, it's terrible. 3/10 for being good against Misty. IF by some miracle you get a Light Ball though, then it's a bit better if only because a doubled special attack is insane. 5/10 in that case because it's horrible defenses still mean it'll have a lot of trouble past mid-game.

Darn it why did I not know of this earlier Taillow is basically the prototype Starly. He's only got Wing Attack for Flying STAB, and Guts isn't as good as Intimidate, but the stats are good and it's an amazing candidate for Return. Also one of the best candidates for Fly in the entire game. EDIT: DUH RATING 9/10

To begin, I might as well explain MY votes. BEST Generation: Gen 3 marked the point wherein things were most balanced. Types were equal, tons of strategies were viable, and we got the best Pokemon ever (read: the broken that is Kyogre) BEST Region: Hoenn, outside of a bit too much water, is the best by far. How many places have an active volcano, a desert, a city biult on treetops, and a town built on rafts? Enough said. BEST Starters: It's either Gen 3 or Gen 4 here, and GEn 3 is the one with the fighting chicken and Mudkip. MOST POWERFUL/BROKEN: Came down to a coinflip between Nephenee and Kyogre. Kyogre lost. BEST VERSION: 3rd is best for obvious reasons.
