I played through the GD first and on my second playthrough, I went BE. I recall seeing the option to recruit Hilda on the second month, but it went away on the next month. My guess is that if you buy a A support with her, you could get her in that month. I'll start a new game to test this. Nevermind, You can't get her on the second month.
