I'm playing FE4 for the first time and don't know how to distribute the rings/bands. Sigurd has the speed ring, Jamke has the magic ring and Ayra has the skill ring. Who should get the return band or any future rings/bands?

I just recruited everyone. My playthrough is going really slow though, because I try to ensure that everyone is always at a certain level and promotion threshold.

Leonie, She's excellent as a paladin, bow knight, wyvern lord (but who isn't?) and falcon knight.
