Thread is beyond abandoned, but I followed the exact same lines. Only I re colored a character (Mixing Guy's head and Forde's chest). Results came out really great with the tutorial, but I had a problem getting 16 bit colors as I saw most of them were very minorly duplicated? Can't really seem to fix it in Usenti either, though.
