Do the Abyss facilities unlocked via the Influencer carry over with New Game+?

I have a glitched Laurent on one of my save files. His portrait has blond hair, but Ricken's his dad. His model looks right, and his sprite has brown hair. It's really weird. Has anyone else experiencing something like this? Does anyone have a possible explanation?

What route would be less repetitive to play right after Silver Snow, Verdant Wind or Crimson Flower? (I've already completed Azure Moon.)

Does completing Cindered Shadows unlock the Ashen Wolves and Abyss on all save files?
