This is just some general fanart I have commissioned or made. It isn’t meant to have a theme but uhh. So far all of my fire emblem fanart is the same General thing. So sorry. 
 

but yeah I wanted to post here because I’m really happy with it and I don’t think this site has ever seen it.

What I would probably do if I was able to continue is name the story something unrelated to that 

and since the Chrom/Shepard storylines are concurrent, I’d name them “Fire Effect” for Chrom and “Mass Emblem” for Shepard 

(instead of act 1 and 2) 

And then something else for part 3.

Mass Emblem is ME; which are the other games initials! That part of why this whole thing was so perfect imo.

Haha yeah an actual title should reference the Commander Shepard/Shepherd conundrum, really I was just thinking of that and how similar as characters Chrom is to Commander Shepard (paragon, at least) 

so I put Chrom in the Mass Effect universe and Shepard in the Fire Emblem universe.

my I have gathered them here to be enjoyed by everyone. 
some were commissioned for me, others were by me, one was by me for a friend.

many writing doesn’t break site rules, it’s pretty tame. But if I write it I’ll likely post it on a site dedicated to writing. However I’d share the first chapter here in case it did create interest, I wouldn’t do it for following chapters most likely.

Interest check. I don’t want to write if nobody cares, since if nobody cares I can just think of the story myself.

Basically a televised retelling of awakening that would be episodic and basically tell the story chapter by chapter but extrapolate. 

It would add detail that is implied from supports, but it would be mixed in with extra things that aren’t canon just to fill content (since some chapters are basically filler) 

there would also be a non canon adjacent telling of the future timeline before the kids come back, so each chapter or “episode” is half of each storyline 

I would also include some Original Characters to strongly five the feeling that I’m not canonizing anything as this is an alternative telling. But they’d be members of the army, not the main characters. 

is this something you’d read, or anyone would be interested in? Awakening is old so I’m not sure if anyone would care.

 

i also know others have done similar things but I do think it will be easy to differentiate for a variety of reasons, it’ll all come down to writing and whether mine can hold peoples attention.

In Robin's case specifically, it's actually not too much more frequently in terms of uniquely designed cards. Robin (m) has 2 SRs and 6 unique cards (in terms of effects, not art), compared to Robin (f)'s also 2 SRs and 7 unique cards in terms of effects. It probably feels like Robin (m) is used much less since 2 of his unique cards are promos, and I suppose his body being used in one less Grima card compared to hers as well.

They actually keep a very even rate of SRs between each pair, now that I've checked. Both Robins have 2 SRs each, both Corrins have 4 SRs each + a shared 5th with Corrin (v), and both Byleths, being new, have 1 SR + 1 HR each.

To me, that means we most likely will get one SR per each Corrin and each Byleth, to keep with this even pattern. Here's hoping!

That makes a lot of sense to me. When I was saying robin often defaults to male I meant most awakening comics use male (not all though) and warriors used male as well. But heroes gave female more alts plus the legendary hero.

I think that Roy is the most bland lord. Don't get me wrong, I still love him, but he really is. He doesn't have any flaws despite being dense to all of the ladies' affections,  he isn't all that interesting. If you asked me to name 6 personality traits, I couldn't do it. 

I think Eliwood is a bit more bland honestly

Unpopular opinion; 

 

they should give us a no win scenario in a game. Basically “people will die. How many can you save?” (Probably by making you send 10 people to battle 100 strong units, to slow them down from reaching the main lord) 

would have to be in a non 3H style game. 3H has you invest sooo much into each unit, it would be ridiculous. But awakening you could spare 10 in one heroic blaze of glory chapter. 
 

Vestaria Saga did something similar with the map where your army is split into 3, those on top could hypothetically all die and you can still win. They exist literally just to keep enemies off your main characters. Heroic, challenging, and adds some stakes

Having said that, on the topic of SR’s I know Rowan is getting a card in 22, but I hope Rowan or Lianna get theirs. I don’t think Warriors has the best OC’s but it’s a really fun game and a cherished part of the franchise imo. 
 

I think the sketch for Corrin and Byleth certainly look male, but I’m not convinced. 
 

Robin usually defaults to male in other mediums, but cipher uses female Robin way more frequently. And Chrom x Robin was never used in cipher (no awakening ships were) so people can’t even say it’s for that reason (which is often a reason people like female Robin) 

 

so at the end of the day I could see them using female corrin, as I think she’s more popular. Byleth idk where they settled yet. Too new to know.

We can narrow it down a bit; Marth is already confirmed so there’s 12 

but then there are 14 more games with other lords; but I suppose We can take warriors out of the running as it isn’t usually listed among the others; TMS as well  

but even then it leads us to one rep from each game. 
 

FE2/15-Alm or Celica? 
FE4-Sigurd or Seliph 

FE5-Leif 
FE6-Roy

FE7-Eliwood, Hector, or Lyn? 
FE8-Ephraim or Eirika? 
FE9/10-Ike but Micaiah is very important so? 
FE13-Chrom is the main, but robin and Lucina are both female and could be chosen instead I could really see Lucina  

FE14-Corrin? M or F? Maybe azura 

FE_Heroes-Alphonse or Sharena? 
3H-Byleth? But then there’s Male vs Female debate to be had. A house lord? Maybe Edelgard since she’s the most popular and seemingly IS’ favorite; plus the other 2 got but cards in this set and Edelgard didn’t get as much highlight?
