When looking at the "view new posts" section, you can clearly see the word "Poll" right next to the topic title so there's no excuse there. If a debate starts, then every user that knows the rule SHOULD simply avoid that post and report it. If the person that started that debate by mistake, then a warning's a good wake up call for him/her... or there could simply be a warning that to alert the user without adding to his warning percentage. That rule could easily be adjusted just in case there are some possibilities that it doesn't already cover. If debates getting into "favorites" polls is that much of a problem because new users are not aware of it, just direct new users to see the rules through that registration e-mail or on the account activation link if possible.

I don't think a new forum is necessary, why not just make a new rule that states that a character vs character thread has to have a poll if it's for favorites and must NOT have a poll for debates. Think about it, a poll would tell you which character is the more favored, while in a debate the poll is useless since the result on the debate depends on which side has the better arguments and not the number of votes. Just my 2 cents

Favorite non-mastery skill: Paragon (How can any1 not like this?) Favorite non-mastery skill combo: Vantage + Cancel + Resolve Favorite Mastery skill: Deadeye. Yeah, I know that lots of other skills are better but the fact that if you live you'll be put to sleep just to die is pretty badass. Second favorite would be Lethality, VOLKE KICKS ASS.

I usually prefer using Wil because of the level lead you can give him by playing Lyn's story. Rebecca's only winning in Speed and luck but who needs lots of speed in FE7?

In stats and her ability to use Ichival probably, but I get more use out of Jamuka. To me, briggid's only useful in chapter 4 because I always do chapter 5 with Levin and Sigurd. Faval's awesome as soon as you get him thanks to Ichival and having the Elite band by then. Having his father as Holyn makes him more decent and capable of hitting those stupid 3 pegasus knight bosses in the endgame.

Rolf was awesome in FE9 since BEXP made it easy to level him up (the first batch of BEXP goes to him cause the others don't need it) Shinon was undeniably the best in FE10. In FE7 I always use Rath or Wil. I tried Rebecca, she's got awesome dodge but it's just too much of it and not enough STR. In FEDS, any of your 3 Aritian cavaliers makes one badass sniper. Jamuka was great, Briggid Decent and Faval was badass.

It's never as important as the weapon triangle where using it effectively means surviving through several 20+ damage attacks while with the magic triangle you either don't do much damage to magic units with your own (FE6) so there's no reason to bother attacking them or they don't any to you (FE7) in which case you'd attack without giving a damn.

To avoid the whole "Nina would marry Camus" thing they probably just have the alternate event with something to kill all notions of it. Although if they forgot about this detail I would laugh because that would be epic. We'll just have to wait till some1 translate that event.

I'm not sure what particular genre I like but I seem to like Rock. Only Rap I've liked is some of 2pac's songs, today you could just find a catchy beat and slap it together with sexual, cussing, money, or even bullshit lyrics (Soulja Boy) and you've got a rap song.
