  1. And I'll bet some of you will wonder how, in my files, Lyn manages to take down a squad of Dracoknights singlehandedly whenever I played through Hector's story. EDIT: But like CGV said, we all win.
  2. Lyn always winds up as one of my best. So it's very easy for me to see why Eli's losing out to her.
  3. A lot of 'em look pretty cool, but my vote goes out to the slice 'em and dice 'em action of the GBA swordmasters. And to the ones in FEs IX and X. Hector's battle animations get my vote as well.
  4. Seems like great minds think alike in this matter. (I wouldn't want it to happen either.)
  5. I didn't have a hard time with Wendy at all. On the contrary, she was one of my best units when I played Fire Emblem VI for the first time.
  6. The ladies need some love ovah here! And since that's the case, LYN FOR THE WIN!!! (Who cares if other people think her as "horrible". She's downright awesome in my opinion!)
  7. I don't think I'd be wanting to change the Pegasus sisters' classes until during my second playthrough of this game. (Which will obviously be hopefully a few weeks after Easter.)
  8. More accuracy is what I'm noticing, but so far with anything else.... Kent's the more balanced of the two. That's how I see it.
  9. Reserved for when it comes stateside, which will hopefully come Easter time. (It could be earlier, but it can't be later than June seeing as it's announced for "first half of 2009".)
  10. Eliwood - (Good old) Eli (Pherae) Lyn - Dracoknight/Dragon Master slayer Hector - Good old Hector Ostia Oswin - Ozzy Bartre - Bart Matthew - Matt Lugh - Louie Sue - Suzie Lilina - War Dragon slayer Percival - Percy Sophia - Sophie Idun - Fallen angel among dragons Rhys - Rhysie Boy Edward - Eddie, Ed Leonardo - Leo Oliver - (Fat and ugly) chazzer And so far, that's all I can think of for now. But I may consider giving some other characters nicknames as well.
  11. I figured that out already. I'm no stranger to triangle attacks. Part of the reason why I made this topic, was because I may feel like having one sister in one class and the other two in another job. (Or in short, I may feel like having Paola as a Dracoknight, and Katua and Est as Falcon Knights. But then again, depends on how they turn out.)
  12. I have never played the original (or the Super NES remake), but I do pretty much know about the very first triangle attack. But what I was just thinking, what if they're different classes? Because generally (with the exception of Fire Emblelms IX and X in the case of Boyd, Oscar, and Rolf) the three people in question are usually of the same class. And since Paola, Katua, and Est can either promote into Dracoknights or Falcon Knights (depending on whether or not an Elysian Whip is used on one or each of them in certain plathroughs in this game), I was just wondering if the triangle attack would still work if they're in different classes. What do you think on this thing?
  13. I forgot to mention, does actually dreaming about drawing something count? I also dreamt about drawing Lyn together with the very person I consider to be her boyfriend. At least, that's what I can remember.
  14. If I did, I can barely remember any. I have a friend of mine (whom I met on DeviantArt) who did at one time. Afterwards, she drew one of the several images from her dream. (I found the artwork she did at that time to be both touching and very well-drawn.) Anyways, I think I dreamt about Idun. But the details are so sketchy, I can barely describe it.
  15. I think we'll get the heads up on this matter anyways. But I do agree with wanting it out as early as possible in the U.S., but something tells me it may be out in the U.S. by Easter time. But then again, who really knows? (I still want to get it badly, and I don't want to import it unless if I'm feeling utterly desperate.)
  16. It's very hard not to consider using Sain, seeing as how good he gets. But you should try training Sain so that he can use a variety of swords. (Swords are better suited for Sain.) And if you use Kent, have Kent open to a variety of lances. (Because just as Sain is better off with swords, Kent is better off with lances.) But in all and all, I nominate that you use him.
  17. , I must agree. The only real villain among that group would be Lekain. Everyone else among the senators (except for Hetzel, obviously), is just a bunch of chazzers.
  18. Even though I don't like Ashnard that much, I must admit, he is awesome in his own right. But for me, a tie between Nergal, Idun, and Sephiran. For the same reasons Nightmare stated, but Nergal and Sephiran weren't the only ones who were tragic. (Even though Idun's a tool used to try to carry out Zephiel's mad desires to realize his dream of a "utopia".)
  19. Amazing, but her anima magic rank does take some effort to upgrade. (She'll most likely reach 20/20 depending on your playstyle before then.) But that's easily mitigated by possibly giving her an Elfire tome ASAP. (Elfire is the only thing I can think of that raises Anima magic ranks fast enough however.)
  20. If you ask me, couple that generally isn't stated or mentioned as "likely-to-happen" in the in-game dialogue despite the player's actions < couple that is strongly suggested as "likely-to-happen" by the majority of the in-game script, even the parts of the script that requires the couple in question to support each other -------------------------------- Yeah, I'm more of a fan of those "meant to be" pairings. -------------------------------- My theory is that people have different tastes in pairings, which is why they have different "x character ends up with y character" endings, even though some of those pairings aren't strongly suggested in the in-game dialogue, but at the same time, the ones that are suggested aren't set in stone.
  21. I've seen the pic, but sometimes just pictures aren't enough. Plus it really didn't seem in-game that Hector was all that attracted to or interested in Florina (or Farina). If you ask me, the one girl Hector had the hots for, was Lyn. (And vice-versa, seeing as that conversation between Lyn and Eliwood occurs in the endgame of Hector's story, regardless of who Lyn is supported with before then, and given Lyn's reaction to what Eliwood tells her.)
  22. I agree with the thing on Lyn's endings. Florina's on the other hand, well, her supports with Hector are too short and very unexciting. (Besides, I never even understood the logic behind their supports. Especially even less now since I practically memorized the in-game script. It really doesn't seem that those two would hook up. Such different personalities. They're like/are polar opposites.)
