  1. I'd like to point out that a Pokemon with 50 Health Base Stats, 0 HP EVs and perfect IVs has 125 health at level 50.. So that's my official guess for a HP Stat. The above picture shows that the Attack/Special Attack and Defense/Special Defense stats are also even, and the Speed is pretty low, so I'm thinking a 50HP/100ATK/150DEF/100SP.ATK/150SP.DEF/50SPE spread is about right. Actually with that above picture someone could calculate the exact stats of this thing due to the implied 0 EVs.
  2. Ugh, seaweed. They get all over my Seagrass and ruin my Seaflowers.
  3. Well, I'd assume Lances would beat swords, due to the better range, and Swords would beat axes, because of multiple swing directions, but I have no idea. Especially for Axes>Lances.
  4. I can't get over 1050 with the new ladder, seriously. Back in the old days, I was around 1200ish, so that, I guess? Now it just doesn't matter to me anymore.
  5. I'll just point out the 1337 rating you have now. Just.. yeah. I'm not that good of a Competitive Pokemon battler, not due to me being terrible (okay, maybe) but due to the fact I just want to use my favorites. There's much better ideas out there, but I seem to stay with the gimmicky sets that only work 1/8th of the time.
  6. Simisage as an Angel? Okay. I want to see a Normal/Ghost type, a Dragon/Fairy, and an Normal/Dragon. As for new types, before gen 6 I wanted to see a Light type or something, but I guess fairy fits that description fairly well. Pokemon that would have been Light type would have been: Ninetales, Meowth, Persian, Porygon, Mew, Meganium, Togepi, Togetic, Ampharos, Dunsparce, Porygon2, Lunatone, Solrock, Milotic, Castform, Kecleon, Jirachi, Togekiss, PorygonZ, Cresselia, Arceus (Light forme) Victini, and Cinccino. Helioptile, Heliolisk, Amaura, Aurorus, and Xerneas would also have fit the idea I guess.
  7. Uh, the only thing I can think of is to swap out Protect for something a bit more useful like Confuse Ray or Taunt or something. There might be a use for Protect, but I can't see one myself. Just a suggestion.
  8. Happy ThanksgivingBirthdayfirstdayofHanukkahBlackFridayeve to you, Eliesonson!
  9. The only stats that matter for a ditto are probably HP and Speed, but oh well. I've caught 2 Shiny Marowak, and seen a Shiny Graveler and Ariados. (Graveler blew up, Ariados was in battle frontier) So yeah, the 2 shinies I have are the same pokemon. (un?)lucky me.
  10. I opened up my browser to see this is the most recent topic. I'm a bit more depressed now.
  11. iirc you can get Abomasnow on the Mamoswine riding route, barring the fact that's it's crazy rare. I personally didn't use the Blaziken due to it being broken and that I already was using Fennekin AND Charmander, which was pushing the limit to begin with.
  12. Uh, I don't recall the DS remakes having one. Awakening sort of has one at the end of the 1st arc, but that's so small the game as a whole can be considered not to have a narrator. Kind of fitting considering the non-linear nature of the game.
  13. "Conehead Zombie woke up after a hard night of partying with a receipt for a traffic cone and an industrial strength adhesive." -Conehead Zombie Description, Plants Vs. Zombies 2
  14. Considering this is Ashnard, this is probably true for about anything involving 95% of the population.
  15. While I really, really like Pokemon, (blue was my first game ever) Fire Emblem probably suits me more and is what I like. In terms of the most recent games, X fell a bit short for me, and Awakening was awesome, so I'm going with Awakening.
  16. I'll add 2 things that changed in X and Y: Pokemon caught in the friend safari (in general, not just dittos) Always have 2 pefect 31 IVs, so the friend Safari is a good spot to look. Apparently, Pokemon in the No Egg group also have a guaranteed 3 perfect IVs, but that could be wrong.
  17. Only time I EV trained was back in 5th generation on only one pokemon. It was terrible. I'm probably not going back to it again, and will just stick to simulators. I feel that hackers and cheaters will always have the upper hand outside of Simulators, due to the fact that getting 6 competitive "Perfect" Pokemon with just the right combination of IVs, nature, and EVs is next to downright impossible without cheating devices, and even more unlikely due to the fact that these pokemon just so happen to all be shiny. Just to let you know, finding a "Perfect" Pokemon in the wild is 1 / 22,187,592,025 , or a little over one every 2 Billion. Getting a Shiny one would be about 1 / 1.81760753 x 1014 That being said, there are methods to find them more often: Using the Friend Safari for IVs and Everstones for example.
  18. Route 15 Liked this one a lot. Snowbelle city and the Legendary theme are pretty good too.
  19. I think I missed that one For me, pretty much all of the non event ones, but most of the 5th generation Event Pokemon including Keldeo and Victini.
  20. If you're using Exp Share, you can manage 2 teams without a problem all the way up to Victory road. I can imagine it being a bit harder without it, though.
  21. Coming off the pokemon I used: God Tier: Xerneas and Yveltal: they're 680 legendaries that come at about your level when you catch it. Very High Tier: Lucario: Great and accessable Mega Evolution, good moves. High Tier: Meinshao/Meinfoo: Good even before evolving, and upon evolution gets monsterous attack, speed, and Hi Jump Kick. Jolteon: One of the best electric types, and is great for pokemon weak to it. Delphox/Fennekin: Good Fire Starter, but suffers a bit from typing and being physically weak. Charizard X/Charmander: Mega Evolution is cool, Fire/Dragon typing is even cooler. Great Physical Fire type. Medium-High Tier: Absol: Great Attack Stat, a bunch of physical critical-prone moves, and an ability to go with it. However, it's a glass cannon, and cannot take hits at all. Flygon/Trapinch: A massive pain to train, but very good and well rounded when fully evolved. Aurorus/Amaura: Cool ability and pretty good typing make Aurorus a pretty bulky and powerful Pokemon. Hyper Beam hits like a nuke. Medium Tier: Noivern/Noibat: Pretty fun to use, but hard to get and you need heart scales for the good moves. Goodra/Goomy: Great when evolved, but that comes at level 55 and you'll have to deal with sub-par stats until then. Only getting Dragon STAB hurts too. Lapras: Good HM Slave, and bulky, but the good things stop there ouside of type coverage. Medium Low Tier: None that I could find. Low Tier: Furfrou: It's a cool idea, but a speedy and bulky Pokemon just isn't good in game. In game attackers are more important, but Furfrou is an option if you want the Novelty.
  22. 1. Team Plasma for having a very interesting goal: It was probably the most viable out of all the games, and made the most sense. Neo team plasma on the other hand was kind of terrible, lol 2. Go-Rock Squad due to having a band, and has probably the most cameos behind team rocket.
  23. are they uncommon? I've ran into a couple of those, but No-ibats. Sorry Edit: Found one. They don't have to necessarily be in dust drops, just regular drops are fine. I guess they're pretty rare. Interestingly, it has super fang for a starting move.
