I think I found a bug with the "The Stolen Icon" sidequest and wanted to document it here for anyone who encounters it as I've been searching online for at least an hour without finding any answers. I'm currently on Act 3 and talked to the lumberjack who told me about the Duma carving he made that was stolen by a revenant. After going and getting the carving, I went straight back to the lumberjack who says "Get that awful thing away! I never want to see it again in my life!" I left the village but the little icon detailing the sidequest remained on the bottom screen. I tried going back and talking to him several more times, but for some reason the quest would not complete. I found a youtube playthrough and the quest completes just fine, so I start thinking something's wrong. As it turns out I had two Duma Carving items in my inventory, so I verified that the quest wouldn't complete one more time, then discarded one of the carvings and talked to the lumberjack once more. It was at that point that my suspicions were confirmed as the quest successfully completed and no longer showed in the overworld once I left the town. Apparently it cannot complete if you have more than one Duma Carving in your inventory. I'm tempted to edit one of the wikis I was referencing to note this bug since that's likely where anyone else who encounters this bug will be searching, but thought I'd post here first to see if anyone else wants to verify this bug on their copy of the game and it's not just something wrong with my copy or something else.
