I actually called this back when the game was first announced, I said his/her ears meant that they aren't blood related. F@#&ing nailed it.

I'm thinking Foleo is transgender, like Lucius can't even compete on the levels that Foleo is putting out. It's astounding. Pretty sure he/she is a rod knight too. A previously female only class.

Alright this thread is for all spoilers that don't relate to the plot, characters that haven't yet been revealed (that obviously don't affect the plot) earlier chapter details (everything before chapter 7) etc.
Also can we keep the speculation to a minimum since it tends to clog up the chat and makes it harder for people to find information. Thanks let's hope this actually keeps people plot-spoiler free.

So it seems like every class has a male and female counterpart now that supposedly gender restrictions are out, but where is the male troubadour/rod knight? We've heard nothing on them and the game is nearly out.

If a given route has 10 male and 10 female parent characters, and any male/female combination can marry and produce a unique kid, that route would require 100 unique kids.
Seems unlikely.
Except for the fact that none of the royal family can marry each other.
So that actually shuts down a good number of pairings.

Oddly (or maybe not oddly at all) I barely like any of the girls.
SeveraLuna probably has the most attractive design for me.Which is annoying since she might like 16 because AWAKENING. Instead this time around it's all the boys who are pretty. So can I marry Nishiki, or Silas please?It also doesn't help that Kamui/Corrin's kid has the dumbest hairstyle I've even seen. -
I feel like this even isn't the new writers fault, but executive meddling. which is the worst for creativity since it creates stagnation in terms of plot, but then again that's what the entire video game industry is suffering from right now stagnation. :/

Birthright and Conquest is pretty creative. It's probably easier on the average person than Hoshido and Nohr.
Wonder if it has anything to do with Awakening being FE13.

I really can't wait to see how Leon turns out. The fact that he has super-sadist Zero under his command - combined with that awful leer and death threat in the commercial - really makes me wonder.
I mean he is a dark knight. Heavens forbid they be a bit morbid.

Ice magic is probs returning. During the guard stance section, Felcia's dagger emits snowflakes when fighting with Gunther. Furthermore, Orochi's ice rat spell has ice too. Maybe Ice magic is returning.
It's because it's better than light magic. -

I don't get the dislike of them being the same characters, I'm pretty neutral on the three as characters, they look like older versions of themselves since awakening. I personally like the concept of a multiverse but I suppose others just aren't as on board with it?
