Neurology is the medical science of the nervous system. I'm giving you differences between the central nervous system (specifically the brain) of dudes and dudettes. The point still stands that men and women's brains are different. Of course there are other factors that affect the brain; many of them probably play a larger role than sex. That's the thing; sex isn't that serious. There's no reason that recreational sex should require a long term commitment. You don't need a long term commitment to go out and play laser tag all night.

And why can't sex be what's best for another person, if they want it? Neither can anything else you do in life, ever. This, in my opinion, is the only really strong point in your favor. But it's not a good enough reason for me to be abstinent anyway. And someone could give dozens of examples of perfectly good relationships with plenty of sex before marriage. This is kind of a silly assumption. Many people would, but others would like to marry someone with experience so that the sex is actually better.

Like Doom said, that makes them hypocritical instead. Maybe I'd be less hung up on this if you said ideal rather than true. Minor point though.

WrongFor starters, it's fairly common knowledge that men and women produce different amounts of horomones released from the pituitary gland (controlled by the hypothalamus). Much of the female frontal (higher functions) and parietal lobe (a bunch of stuff) is larger than the male's. Women have a larger hippocampus, and tend to use it to navigate differently than males do; this has been observed in rats as well as people. Males have a larger amygdala (emotional response) than women, as well as the corpus callosum. Since size increase is directly related to neuron count, and almost always will have some effect on function. You probably know that male infants seem to pick toys like cars more often, while females pick dolls; this has been observed in monkeys as well, seriously challenging the idea that the difference is merely thanks to cultural norms. These differences are only tendencies and ultimately have small effects on how things play out in the real world. But to say that "there's no difference neurologically" is dead wrong.

I don't need to read the articles to know that not every misfortune is some discipline that everyone deserves. "A great father will chastise (punish) any child of his that is doing things which would be harmful to them." You know, like infanticide. "I had to kill it!
