I think it would be cool for other FE characters to be DLC, but then other SSB fans would obsess over them like what happened to Marth and Ike in SSBB If they decide to make character DLC for SSB4, I just hope it would be for characters in the past that didn't make the cut (ex. Mewtwo, Dr. Mario, etc.). If they add new characters, they should be free. Either way, I like your idea on having stage builder parts as DLC! Color palettes for existing characters would be great DLC too.

Hi guys! I joined this forum yesterday but I've only made very little posts, so I decided to introduce myself here. I actually started Fire Emblem almost a year ago. I still remember that 16th of December, FINALLY starting winter break and checking out all the Ambassador games from the 3DS. One that caught my eye was 'Fire Emblem: Sacred Stones'. I tried it out and I was hooked! To be perfectly honest, I currently have not played any other Fire Emblem game, but I'm planning to buy Fire Emblem 7 for the GBA very soon, and I'm definitely going to pre-order Fire Emblem Awakening. I decided to join Serenes Forest when I saw all the interesting ROM hacks people made, specifically the 'Dream of Five' one. Previously, I had been going to Serenes Forest for Fire Emblem news and info. It's nice to be here!

I didn't want to download it in the first place because I thought it was illegal.

I really like the Fire Emblem series, and I'm really interested in playing hacks of ROMs, however, are they illegal? I know that normal ROMs are illegal, but if you edit a game in the way that it has different maps and characters (Like the Fire Emblem ROM hacks) are they still illegal? Also, another question, if it is legal, how do you download it? Do you first download the ROM of the Fire Emblem game it's a hack of (for example you download a Fire Emblem 8 ROM if it's a Fire Emblem 8 hack) and then download the actual ROM hack itself? Thanks!
