  1. I wouldn't say Yen'fay was stupid, it seemed like itwas more of a major trust issue. For one thing, no one from Valm really knew Chrom with the exception of Say'ri and a few resistance forces. Yen'fay didn't really know what to expect at that point. Everyone knows about the exalt before Emmeryn and how he was a extremely prejudice ruler and the word of Emmeryn's pacifist like actions were spread around, so Yen'fay wouldn't know what kind of person Chrom would be. If I was Yen'fay and I had to choose between the 3 exalts, it would be a tough contest, because the exalt before Emmeryn was cruel and ruthless and that's not really a type of person you trust another's life with. With Emmeryn, while she is selfless and kind, at the same time she wouldn't fight and retaliate against violence, so Say'ri's life would be gone right there and lastly, Chrom's actions aren't well known, so it would be hard to trust him with Say'ri's life. Also, in a conversation with Chrom before they fight, Yen'fay explains to him it's not his life that he fears if he switches sides, but he fears his master, which would most likely be referencing to Excellus. He can teleport and instantly ambush Say'ri and kill her (although his true potential and power aren't exposed, so we don't actually know if he can, but Yen'fay can't risk that) On the other hand, his actions and silence are not completely justified. For one thing, Yen'fay should've had a major consideration of switching sides, because if the various things Chrom did. Firstly, the army stopped hundreds of fleets invading Ylisse with only a limited supply of soldiers, they also defeated Walhart's best commander (presumably Cervantes) took over Fort Steiger and eluded Walhart himself and escaped a fortress that was surrounded. And even if the former actions if Chrom didn't reach Yen'fay's ears, the fact that his small army managed to make it nearly to the heart of Valm should've been proof enough that Chrom is a worthy commander. But I do still sympathize with Yen'fay's silence and the trust issues he may have developed. Actually looking at this now, I think I may have contradicted myself. :P Also, someone's gotta be the Camus archetype.
  2. I didn't enjoy none of the side chapters, except paralouges, but that's a whole different story. I didn't enjoy the requirements to access them (visit the village with Merlinus comes in mind) but I didn't mind the ones in FE5 where you have to capture the bosses. Personally, I'd like to see more story related side quests and whatnot. Like for example Advisor: Milady/Milord, we should make haste to clear away these bandits Lord: Obviously. The more we wait, the higher the risk of the villages being burnt down. Advisor: That is true, but there are several more villages to save and we can't risk losing them if we stall too much. Lord: Hmmm... Scenario 2: Enemy Boss: Nigel, I need you to stall the enemy as long as possible. I still need to make the final preparations to evacuate all the treasure here. Nigel: As you wish. This one would open an opportunity to pilfer all the treasure in the castle and mortally wound the boss if you complete the chapter fast enough. Just some personal suggestions.
  3. It's not everyday you see Yen'fay smile! Thanks for the glass axe btw.
  4. Yen'fay was backed into a wall at this point. He lost his parents, he practically lost control of his country, his army was probably shaking their pants after Walhart's conquest of taking over Valm, what else could he do? If he refused, Say'ri would've been killed (just like in the original timeline) and he would've lived a life of grief and sadness and his army most likely would've switched sides like their usual nature dye to Walhart's influence and power. Either way, it's a lose-lose situation for Yen'fay.
  5. Honestly, Inigo's and Gaius's voices could reel in all the ladies IRL (I prefer Inigo's voice though) As for females, I generally don't find any female with a sexy voice, I find them cute and soothing. If this was a cute contest, Nowi and Panne. (hers is just pleasing to my ears)
  6. Personally, I think counter is downright broken. It's a unfair skill and it usually decides life, or death. Maybe make it so that it deals half the damage the user took, or SKLx2.
  7. Don't let the RNG get the best of you! Conquer the final chapter, dude! Because this is the chapter where you and the RNG are put to the test!
  8. Chrom! Lucina MU!Severa and Morgan Vaike x Cherche Tharja x Stahl Nowi Gaius! Yarne x Noire I hope this isn't confusing.
  9. There are some high level pirates with terrible stats near the villages, you can use those to train Patty (if you want) or an alternative is to talk to the stranded children over by the castle with Corpul or Patty for some extra levels. (They give 100 EXP)
  10. This is the best. I can't even stop laughing on how hilarious this is. Good job Rey. Good job. XD
  11. I married Cordelia, because her Japanese name, Tiamo really got to me and she just looked the best out of all of them. Although now I'm seconding if Nowi is my favourite, because her voice is just so cute and amazing.
  12. I generally don't like cake very much, unless it's a ice cream or chocolate cake. I love those ^_^ Lol I wish I could mix in fruits, but everyone in our house eats all the bananas and pineapples and those are the only fruits I like, so I'm out of luck.
  13. Bleh! I personally think sour candy is terrible. I'm more of a sweet and spicy person when it comes to candy. Does anybody actually like bitter candy?
