  1. Happy Birthday, sorry for being late.

  2. I'm a bit late to the party, it seems. Oh well. Bought the game on launch day because I saw one of those huge collectors edition boxes sitting on the shelf of my local GameStop. I couldn't resist. That box was pretty hard to carry home though, as there was heavy snowfall. Some guy asked me about "my new PS4" (the CE was wrapped in a few GameStop console bags) while on the bus. The CE really is huge. I've been playing the game in all of my spare time since then, but I'm still only doing the vampire castle sidequest. So far it's been a really pleasant experience and I did not regret buying the CE. I actually bought The 4 Heroes of Light on Friday because I heard it was this games spiritual predecessor. I'll go through the topic and add everyone who posted a friendcode. If you'd add me back, I'd appreciate it. Mine is 0688-5246-1633.
  3. Guinness World Records Books are released the year before the one it says on the cover, so 2012 released in late 2011 or very early 2012 (similar to Sports game series like FIFA and Madden). That explains why Awakening isn't included.
  4. Really hyped for 3D World. Sadly it releases on the 29th here in Europe, so one more week of waiting for me. I actually don't even know when Mario Party is coming out over here, but I'll get that one as well in the future (probably some time before Christmas if it has released by then). Edit: Just looked it up, Amazon says the game will release on the 17th of January. So I probably won't get it (be)for(e) Christmas. :P Zelda... eh. Not really a big fan of the franchise, but knowing me I'll pick the game up sometime in the future anyway. Or put it on my Christmas wishlist, why not. But yeah, this year was amazing gameswise. My wallet is still crying.
  5. Well, I don't know about other ones, but used German copies usually go for about 60-70€ (80 - 90$) on eBay. I was lucky to get one for about 40$ (even though I think that the game is worth 60€ easily). But as the other people here have already said, if you already own PoR or are willing to spent those dollars on it, you should play it first. It will make for a much more satisfying experience.
  6. Happy Birthday!!!

  7. Anyhow, yeah. I'll buy them both. WiiU for when I'm at home and 3DS when visiting my friends or something like that. Will be glorious.
  8. It's Euro (since I'm from Germany). 27 are about 35$, I think. But that included shipping, so it may be slightly cheaper. Also, I'm pretty confident that you can get it cart only for about 20$.
  9. It is. I was lucky, got it near-mint for 150$ incl. shipping (150€ incl. tax for importing). And man, that puzzle looks cool. Also, I still hope to get my hands on the "normal" FE-3DS someday.
  10. Yeah, a friend of mine was in Tokyo recently and I am currently building my collection so I was like heh why not. It is really cool to look at and I quite like Awakenings music anyway. As for Gaiden, that was actually one of the cheaper ones to get. Got it off of eBay for 27€ with box and manual. Cart only is a bit cheaper.
  11. Yup. I'll start [spoiler=Pic] So what you got, fellow fans? (idk where to post this, so fftf it is) Edit: haha, I guess that counts, too. :D
  12. I love Awakenings Soundtrack as a whole (hence why I bought it), but my favorite song in the series is probably Together We Ride with all its different versions. Or... this. Sooo epic.
  13. Which is a shame, really, as it would be rather easy to translate the game into other languages with a tool such as feditor. The other 2 gba games sadly (or should I say luckily? yeah I think I should) don't need translations anymore (unless someone would want to take a shot at a "small" language). There are always other methods I guess. Hexbased is always an option, though troublesome if tools already theoretically exist. But I'm no expert, so yeah.
  14. ^This I mean, they did not localise FE6 after FE7 performed rather well here, even though the GBA was still a hot system. And in FE6's case, it would have actually made sense, seeing as it is a chronological sequel. They could've just changed the order the games are in (they are not numbered anyway). I'd say the chances are really low, unless Nintendo pulls some crazy stuff and releases the game in the future via something VirtualConsole-like. I even highly doubt that as a possibility.
