I'm interested! I haven't had time this week yet to tune in for anything, but if there is indeed a Fire Emblem run, especially 3H, I'm in. I'll put in a personal donation alongside it too during the run~ Who is running it and are there any donation wars, out of curiosity?

Larcei too, and Altena and Ced look great! Argh, I was saving for PTSDimitri whenever and however he gets in, but damn this is going to eat into my orb hoard. I'll have to be careful not to lose too much, but I'm still hyped~ Maybe this is another hint of a possible Genealogy Echoes remake announcement soon...? ^^

I joined Edelgard since between the two of them I prefer her more; she's the better fleshed out antagonist anyways. Though seeing as we have the bonus hour now, I take it I joined the losing team yet again? XD Oh well, more feathers for me~

*sigh* As expected, my other boy lost. Still hurts a bit tho. Alright, convince me. Who do I join now? I have a copy of both Edelgard and Veronica, but at this point I really don't care. I have no horse left in this race. No, really, both my horse boys are gone.... 😭

Depending on what pairings you are making, don't be afraid to kill certain enemies that drop weapons with fathers that wouldn't normally pass on that weapon type so they can obtain a nice weapon to pass down. For example, on my first playthrough I did Finn/Lachesis; Finn normally would not be able to pass down any weapons (lances) to his son Delmud, only swords, which Finn doesn't use. So I happened to kill Chagall with Finn and got the Silver Blade with him, holding onto it until he could pass it down to Delmud. I did something similar with Midir, passing a dropped sword onto Patty when I did Midir/Brigid.

Ah well, I guess it cant be helped. I'll get as high an army ranking as I can get then. 😞

I'm torn now, I wasn't expecting to get out of Same Hell this hour. Should I blow all 800 remaining flags now and hope for the best or maybe wait and see if the poor showing continues into another Same or Bonus hour??? #IWantTeamChromToMakeItToTheFinalsForOnce

Well, I've thrown my support in for Chrom; it'd be nice to see him or any of the guys win for once but I wont hold my breath. I'll just spend the next round getting my feathers and mulling over who to support next; I'm still too miffed over Dimitri's loss to support Edelgard immediately, but I'm not fond of Veronica either or understand why shes so popular. Hmmm, decisions...decisions...

If Chrom is still around, at least I have a good home to migrate over to. I'll fight for the last Kingdom bastion in his name, as well as for Dimitri! Course, I'm pretty sure he'll be screwed over eventually, either by Veronica's weird popularity, or by Edelgard's recency bias; which ironically only Dimitri had a chance to match. Welp, at least I'll get feathers.

Ah well, it was a good run. Knowing our boy he will get more opportunities to shine in the future (and I suspect that as well as he has been doing as pre-skip Dimi, post-skip Dimi will be even more popular) so I'll be ready again next time. On the bright side, I have never made it to the top 1000 in the army before now, so I'll take that as a win! 😄

Ah, thanks for the explanation. I'm sitting on 800 flags but we're still stuck in Same Hell. I guess I'll dump them at some point and hope for the best!

Supporting my favorite lord and best boy Dimitri! I'm glad to finally be able to see him in a voting gauntlet; I hope he can get the win! Also, uh, could anyone explain to me how this new VG system works? I havent touched it since the last system was around, and I actually care about the results this time for once lol

Hmm, its really weird thinking of all the games that will/may come out this year; 3H has taken over most of my gaming life for the past half year, and now that I'm at last winding down with it, I'm finally looking ahead. Its nice to know that the wait for a couple games seems much smaller now because of it. 😄 In particular, I'm excited for Animal Crossing: New Horizon, Xenoblade 1 Definitive Edition, Crystal Chronicles Remaster on Switch, but also the FFVII Remake; I have never played the original (grew up in a Nintendo family) but I've wanted to for so long after watching Advent Children when I was younger. Figured this would be the perfect time to jump in. My only issue is a lack of PS4, so I'm debating whether to splurge for one or wait and see if after the goodwill Smash brought with Cloud that it might make it onto to Switch (not likely tho, I admit). Course if I do get a PS4 that means I can play Tales of Arise whenever it comes (I haven't played and enjoyed a Tales game since Xillia, so I'm really hoping this gets me back into the series after being so turned off from playing Xillia 2, Zestiria and Berseria), and all the other games I haven't been able to play like Nier Automata and Kingdom Hearts 3. And as a WoW player, the Shadowlands expansion looks cool, so hopefully that turns out ok. As far as the Breath of the Wild sequel, I'm not expecting a release yet, but some info would be nice! Otherwise, I'm looking forward to whatever the year brings us......like maybe a certain Echoes FE Remake I have been waiting for..... 😉

And good for you for playing FE4 (I'm totally biased); Yeah, Chapter 3 was hard, its the first chapter I started losing collectibles when after countless attempts to keep Lachesis's knights alive I just gave up and kept going. I feel like the early chapters of FE4 is the harder portion, so keep going, its a very unique FE experience worth playing to the end. Hah, I've never forgotten my home thread in the Forest~ And I recognize you! Its good to see you again as well! Maybe? If you were around then a few years ago. XD Thanks! I'm sure it does. XD Please do play Xenoblade 2, it's one of the 3 defining games of 2017 for me, which is the best year of gaming I've had in recent memory. The music alone is worth it~ Of course I remember you! Thanks, its good to be back! Yessir, that would be correct! I love Xenoblade 2, and the World Tree against the backdrop of an evening sky in particular has always awed me. Its so pretty!

Greetings! (Hello, Hi, Hey!) Its been so very long since I've posted here. Too long. For those who don't know/remember me, I'm Silva; I used to be more active around these parts from 2013 to 2016 before life decided to hit me like a ton of bricks and I've had to work more and be more of an adult. Its taken me over 2 years to really put my life together and feel comfortable enough to return here and be at least semi active again. But I've missed this place very much. As an FE fan, I've been with the series since I first laid eyes on FE7 for the first time at a game store when it made it over to North America all those years ago. Since then I've played every Western release as they came out and have continued to fall ever deeper in love with this series. I loved it so much I even dipped into the JP only games via emulator to experience FE6 and FE4 and enjoyed the latter especially. Despite being a veteran, I still enjoy playing the newer games and hope that Intelligent Systems can continue to find a way to balance old and new Fire Emblem experiences as the series continues (my biggest wish right now is for an echoes style uncensored FE4 remake; other than new FE games in general, its what I'm most excited for!). As for other hobbies, I enjoy an eclectic mix of other video game genres, reading good books when I get the time, and love watching anime and k-dramas. I just love stories in general, whether they be in game, book, anime or drama form. I also happen to go to a few anime/video game conventions and cosplay every year when I can afford it, so if you don't mind me online and hopefully wouldn't mind me in person let me know if you go to any conventions that I do. That's me in a relative nutshell tho. Feel free to chat with me over just about anything and I'll try not to talk your ear off. I can't promise I'll be on nearly as much as I used to when I was a student and wasn't working full time, but I'll make an effort. Especially with FE16 on the horizon~ For anyone who does happen to recognize me, don't be a stranger. I'd love to reconnect with as many people as possible. Finally got around to properly appreciating all the entries and casting my votes. I tried to limit my voting this time around, which was hard especially for the draws (so many pretty sights!) and the miscs since I don't have the proper critical knowledge for those mediums. It makes me a little sad only 30 something people voted for writes compared to the higher counts for the visual arts, but I suppose it's just easier to appreciate those in a shorter time compared to spending more time reading stories. Still, even I can see the amount of love and passion put into them, so they deserve all the attention they've gotten for sure! It's been a blast looking at all the entries and discovering what a talented community we have in SF; enjoying all these dedicated fan works is the real prize of the event that everyone gets to share. I hope we have many, many more events like this in the future! :D

Wow, I'm amazed that I actually won something! I haven't won anything since the raffle for the class hamster way back in 3rd grade......yeah, it's been a while. XD Question about voting cutoff: does it end tonight or the end of tomorrow? I've been so busy and exhausted with work lately that I haven't finished all the writes and only given cursory glances to the draws and misc that all surely deserve more consideration. I want to know when I have to vote so I can set some time to go through all these properly.
