  1. While you can't redeem them in game for some reason, platinum points you collect via the website missions (such as staying subscribed to Nintendo's newsletter and logging into the eShop and Miiverse weekly) are all displayed on and can be redeemed on my.nintendo.com and the items will just be sent to your game. I guess it might be a problem if all you do is Fire Emblem Heroes, but those using Nintendo's consoles will have this little advantage. As for the stamina system, I think it should be reworked into allowing you to permanently increase it like you can your castle and barracks. It wouldn't hurt to also lower the absurd costs on the higher story chapters too, though part of me thinks this is just to keep people from running through the content before they have more available. We'll have to see since apparently we're getting multiplayer and 2 maps or chapters a month.
  2. Thankfully Camilla's damaged art is actually pretty light and hardly noticeable considering what she's wearing.
  3. My biggest concern is the map design, I'd like to see them take some more creative liberty with the map designs instead of doing a lot of maps with empty space like in the original. It'd be kind of neat if they have a "faithful" and "modern" option for this when you start a file for the people that really want the original map design, to maintain that faithful experience I guess; but I personally would like to see them give us some great new map designs.

  5. Basically this. It would be great to get back to when games didn't have Avatars. With this being a remake, I especially don't want to see one.

  7. I'd really like to see the next game not implement an avatar, but if it really must... It would be cool to see an improvement to Mark, where the character mostly engages in dialog with the main characters and isn't actually a combat unit; after all, the player is the tactician and I feel like this is a nice way to create that link in some form. Allow the avatar to function as the group's tactician and make important decisions while never being able to actually see combat. I suppose this would make him kind of similar to Gen 1 Oifey in a way.
  8. The only non-Mario series character that I think is missing from Mario Kart 8 is Captain Falcon. They have two F-Zero tracks as it is and the Blue Falcon, when considering it has been a very long time since the last F-Zero title, they should at least add Captain Falcon as a character. As much as I love the Inklings, I was somewhat disappointed to see that they left such an obvious choice out once again. Other than Captain Falcon, I really don't think Mario Kart needs anymore guest characters. They should just make a Nintendo Kart at that point.

  11. I'm assuming we'll see Fire Emblem Warriors, Fire Emblem Mobile and something about the Corrin amiibo. It would be great to hear about FE15 (hopefully on the Switch), a localization/remake of an older title (Jugdral please), or localization of Fire Emblem Cipher; but I don't want to set my expectations too high.
  12. One solution the staff could implement would be introducing a toggle to set a cookie via JavaScript that would enable/disable the responsive parts of the CSS. This would work around having to add a second copy of the theme and satisfy the users that don't want the responsive design on mobile. I don't see this happening however, as it's more desirable overall to create responsive designs that look great on all resolutions.
  13. I'm cautiously optimistic about this game, and I'm fairly sure we'll know about the direction the game is heading after tomorrow's direct; assuming they show the game that is. I can't see this game having less characters than Hyrule Warriors did at launch.
  14. It's the software's default layout, it will probably be changed to adopt the colors we're used to eventually.
