Eirika and Gatekeeper got the best art. I don't know who thought Brave Marianne needed to be sexualized when her character is the complete opposite (not just the dancer outfit, but that pose), and the artist's style doesn't fit her either. Marth, poor guy, they could have given him anything and all they did is colour swap him. Gatekeeper and Marianne seem the most interesting to use. Again... why did they give Marth another sword? It feels like a pretty underwhelming end to his journey to finally win CYL. Also, as someone wanting Pelleas for a while, I'm glad he's finally in but neither his art nor probable skill set look very good. Generally the least exciting CYL to date imo.

Saul! He's the best part of this. Having a bunch of blue-short haired Pegasus Knights... is not. Seriously, every time one of them was shown I could not tell who it was supposed to be. Also, I got a familiar laugh and cringe seeing certain replies to the official tweet. Some things never change.

About time. Though it's kind of disappointing that all the 3H lords have had the same weapon types consistently. They should have mixed things up more for either their Brave or Legendary versions.

Actually I'm more confused about Altina because I thought previous winners were removed from the vote just like in CYL (though obviously not alts). Saw Vanguard Ike while scrolling too so I guess not, but I could've sworn it was the case.

Did Legendary Seliph, Ninja Lyn, and thinking of Ballroom Sigurd today. Idk if interim results will affect my votes, we'll see. Thinking of going with Legendary Edelgard, Brave Claude, Mila, and Brammimond for the rest.

I am very happy to see Elincia and Pelleas rank highly, not sure if the latter did better or worse than last year but I think Elincia climbed quite a bit? Hope Pelleas is added soon. As for next year, Seliph, Alfonse, Rhea, and Elincia would be a pretty sweet top 4...

Can't believe I didn't see this earlier lol. CYL 5 is great. Love the results. I'm sorry to Marth and Eirika fans, they really deserved 1st place... but the fighting got really ugly and I'm just glad they both managed to hang on. Hopefully all four units will be busted and get amazing art.

Yeah I thought the community moved past the elitist crap a while ago, but I see that is just a part of the FE fanbase now.

Tbh it's crazy how last year everyone was all "how boring, the results could be seen from a mile away, it's just all the most recent lords", but then this year we get a total wild card NPC in the top 2 and suddenly people are like "unacceptable, only the expected lords are allowed to win this". I second the sentiment that characters like Jorge and Gatekeeper becoming playable in FEH is a good thing. Marth/Gatekeeper in 1st and 2nd would be a great result.

This is exactly what I thought would happen lmao. I just hope a Chrom or Bernadetta rally won't end up kicking the unintended person out (Marth and Eirika) since we don't know how wide their lead is.

If Yuri has a shot I'll send a few votes his way, because we need more M/M options for next FE.
