I did BL first because they're my favorite cast, and the one I first played the game with. I tried using everyone from the house, and it worked out well. All of them were able to work. Kept Dimitri on his base class, Felix as a assassin with a focus on Bows, Ingrid as a falcon knight, Ashe as a wyvern Lord, Mercedes and Annette as gremories, Dedue as a GK and Sylvain as a Paladin, with Flayn being my dancer. My best units were Dimitri, Felix and Ingrid. Using the Greenary to get speed carrots (5x pale-blue flowers), I got the latter two of them to double very reliably (Felix had spd+2 from myrm and Ingrid had darting blow), even at lategame, and even Dimitri could get to doubling after I focused on giving the boosters to him. Tricky chapters were mostly the mock battle, the Sylvain's brother one, Felix's paralogue, chapter 13, chapter 18 and the last two. BTW, there's a battalion whose gambit gives distant counter to everyone. It's a great way to deal with the siege tomes of the last few chapters. I'd use it on Ingrid, stack avoid on her and send her to bai them all. They'd have less than 10% hit on them and would kill them all on EP.

I just beat the blue lions path. The last 2 chapters were pretty tough. New screen is nice.

Pretty easy with pair ups, tonics and the like. i've beaten conquest lunatic/classic well over 50 times by this point and used nyx and charlotte on plenty of runs, and no, it wasn't tough. They're obviously bad units but very much usable, and you don't want to use them on regular runs or so, but using them can be fun if you're an experienced player looking for some unusual fun stuff such as me. I've actually even done some crazy stuff like adventurer Nyx or Maid Charlotte. THAT SAID, I'd say the same about three houses. I don't really see any unusable unit in here.

Got Dimitri, which is very wrong. Should have gotten Bernadetta or Hilda, because i'm anxious, awkward and terrified of people, and lazy who pretends to know nothing so people will do things for me.

Damn chapter 18 Blue Lions is tough. Funny thing was the swordmasters with 47 speed and quick riposte. They REALLY didn't want you to double them. Got my felix to like 56 speed and he still couldn't double them, then I noticed the QR. Is this the game's way of saying "don't even bother"?

Today I dreamed i was back in my high school and the other students were the three houses characters. And Edelgard wanted to kill me, so I got Hilda (why her out of all people?) to protect me.

Grounder Field Petra is insane. 55 attack speed. Still managed to beat the map without killing any student other than Bernadetta. RIP Bernie.

I strided and then used gambits so the mercenaries above him couldn't attack him. The issue with Rodrigue is that he has Aura equiped (which is very heavy), so they'd have had to buff him a lot.

Petra isn't actually much worse than Felix. Her base is 1str lower but 1 spd faster, while her growths also trade a bit of str for spd. Thing is, on the first battles Felix does beat her by a lot because of his personal skill, but as soon as you get battalions, she's as good as him. After a while, even felix wants a battalion.

My Ashe is actually good haha. Can actually double some stuff and is strong enough as a wyvern lord. The blue lion cast is just too good, everyone puts in some work. Annette has awesome rallies, Mercedes is pretty much the perfect healer and Dedue is tanky AF. Lunatic must be much tougher with the Black Eagle weaklings, specially if you go church route and lose Edelgard and Hubert. This game is so fucking addicting, I've legit been playing it my entire free time. Wish I could be playing it right now =\

there was another difficulty datamined and it was called infernal, but it was apparently scrapped. IDK how it'd even be beatable tbh, considering maddening chapters 1-3 already push your units to their limits.

typical bolsonaro we don't go a single day without someone from that family saying something incredibly stupid pretty tough tbh. Stats are really high and exp gains are slowed down, so you can't shovel it all on a few characters and go breaking everything. Sort of reminds me of FE12 with everyone being 2hkoed. NG+ probably makes it much easier, but I'm playing on a NG file. throwing away extra protein?
