Is it true that all listed hit rates are all lower than they appear?
If so, what is the equation to calculate the true hit rate, if there even is one.

I really wish they had a "battle viewer" mode after you beat Lunatic+ or something like the debug mode battle animation testers they had for the GBA... except you could set stats, skills, etc.
I think it would have been a nice feature.
Considering I haven't even heard all the cut-in quotes for a quite a bit of the characters...

Might be better to ask in the I want to know one thing thread, but what enemies/NPCs have cutins? I know Validar does ("This is all Written" is at least one, dunno if he has others), and obviously, Gangrel, Yen'fay, Aversa, Walhart do as they're spotpass recruitable. What about, say, Cervantes? Excellus? Grima? Any other notable bosses?
I believe the only other boss that has a cut-in that you had not posted is Masked Marth.
I could be wrong, but I believe they're the only other one.

I just tested it on a trial map on my rom, and it happened to me too.

Only notable thing that happened in chapter 3 is that Florina somehow got defense so I guess that's worth noting.
I'll probably use Pent since I probably won't use Erk.
Oh yeah I was gonna use Bartre since I wanna get all the characters even if they suck so I guess that's something.
Well Florina got defense again so I'm not too sure what's wrong with my game.
Okay.
Guess my Florina will be def blessed.
3 points of def in 4 levels.
Okay then.

Florina earned the right to the angelic robe,
Matthew gets boss kill in chapter 6.
Onto Chapter 7x, so time to grind up Nils to get that gaiden chapter later.All enemies killed on 7x so time to grind for a while...

I have wanted to beat FE7 for a while but because of my laziness I get nothing done.
I got to like chapter 25 or something in Eliwood mode but decided to stop for whatever reason.
So I'll be playing the game here on HNM, cause I got a save with all modes unlocked, and I'm not playing a game I'm relatively in the dark with on Hard mode, and I'm pretty sure the game and story is pretty much the same except HM has more chapters and characters, so I don't feel like running through EM just to play a mode with more content.
I don't know who I'll be using for this run except I know I'll use Sain, and all 3 of the peg knights because why not?
If you want to suggest characters for me to use this run and what supports to do for maximum efficiency it would be most obliged, as I know crap about this game.
I guess I'll post mini logs for each chapter after I plow through Lyn Mode quickly.
EDIT: Decided to try HHM after all so advice is even more welcome.

Umm hello, I'm Justin~.
After stalking these forums for a few days I decided to stop being a complete stalker and make an account here.
In the FE world I have played Awakening, Sword of Seals, and since I am completely terrible at finishing games I've played, I am currently working on playing through, FE1, Gaiden, Mystery, Genealogy, Thracia, Blazing Sword, and Sacred Stones, with varied progress throughout them all. I also enjoy Pokemon, Zelda, and Final Fantasy and such.
Outside in the forbidden real world, I enjoy swimming, or anything to do with water really,
long romantic walks on the beach,reading occasionally, listening to music, mainly from video games, and taking care of the too many animals I happen to own.I also consider myself shy, considering it took me a while to convince myself just to make this board...
So yeah... that's me I guess.
I'll be messing around with a bunch of the settings so I'm sorry if millions of things change at once.
I will also be searching high and low in the interwebs for a picture of Thany or some other Fe6 character to use as an icon...
So excuse my most likely intermittent activity...

Only special classes (Villager, Dancer, Manakete, Taguel) may promote to a 2nd tier class via a second seal if they are at level 30.
None other may at a base class.
