Yeah, Might No. 9 was an unmitigated disaster aside from being kind of decent. I don't think it has earned a sequel, but I'm still curious. Everything has cooled off enough that I start to feel a little bad for Keiji.

It's that and also him pushing for even more stuff afterwards, just felt... I dunno. Like, really, tone-deaf, I suppose.

It's not that bad. I wish they'd make a sequel to be honest. I just want to see how it would turn out.

Eh. I'm just kind of opposed to trying it out on principle of I don't really agree how it was handled. Maybe, though, I dunno.

It's official: I hate writing battle scenes. I can't write any to save my life... *sigh*
I sat on this thing for the entire day now and I couldn't come up with anything. It's f***ing frustrating.
This entire day I could've spent doing literally ANYTHING else, wasted.

Well yeah, both do, but Ike is the one who is always right, who fixes everyone's problems and is perfect, at least in RD. The way I see it, Ike has no reason at all to be the main protagonist for part 3-onwards-I would much rather have seen a part about Sanaki or Skrimir rather than just the Greil Mercs. It doesn't help at all about Micaiah essentially being absent in part 4 and Rebirth, but I think that Ike had already stolen the show.

Then again, I dislike Hector, so maybe my opinion shouldn't count...

I dislike Hector as well, your opinion should count!

Mega Man Zero? I still need to play through the rest of the first one, although what I’ve played so far has been very good. The collection has a really nice presentation as well, with no input lag that I can feel. Good thing is they’re pretty short games, so it wouldn’t keep me from burning through my backlog too long if I decided to play through one of them over the course of a couple days sometime soon.

Mhm. I have issue with Zero 2 but I still think it's a good game, and I just said I have some qualms with Zero 4, having played it. I think the entire selection is solid, though.
Zero 3 is amazing, though, so.

  6. Took two minutes, to change your mind, lol.

Also, I finally played and beat Zero 4 yesterday, was pretty good, I'd probably rank it my... 3rd favorite of the 4... 2 has a lot of weird level design I'm not the biggest fan of, but Zero 4 had a lot of odd choices for mechanics, so, I'll just put it here and call it a day, was still a good game.

In Arnice's case, it's also for story reasons, since she is a half-demon, and in NoA's world, all Demons have blue blood, while human blood is red, and if you mix red and blue, you get purple.
Now, as to why her Servans also bleed purple, well... I guess that really is just for the gameplay. I haven't seen any other explanations for it, at least.

A purple nosebleed would look pretty.

There is a key in the second Kalpa which unlocks the door to the Burial Chamber on the west side of the 1st Kalpa. In that room is the Black Visor. Using it, you can refight any boss via their gravestone.

I see, I see. Do I get any rewards for doing so?

    The Light Magatama are:

    1. Ankh
    2. Iyomante
    3. Narukami
    4. Nirvana
    5. Geis
    6. Kamurogi
    7. Adama
    8. Sophia

    The Dark Magatama are:

    1. Marogareh
    2. Shiranui
    3. Anathema
    4. Miasma
    5. Djed
    6. Satan
    7. Gundari
    8. Gaea

The rest are Neutral and hence won't affect the DF's alignment. If you've an equal amount of Light and Dark mastered (all skills learned from them), you'll count as Neutral.

Magatama boosts don't affect it indeed. What you need is 18 Luck and 25 Str and Mag to open every single stat door.

I ignored these parts of the kalpa, but if you were a real completionist (nobody says you have to be), you'd want to get the Luck eventually, because separate Burial Chambers are in the Lck and Str sections. Completing all the Burial Chambers in the turn limits they suggest gives you an extra Press Turn Icon ...NG+ only.😑

    I see, I see.

Also, what... uh, what do the Burial chambers... actually do?
Cause I just see the graves of the bosses I beat when I go in, is there supposed to be something else I can do?
