  1. Those work hours sound horrendous :O Although I have to say...being a baker at a bagel shop sounds really adorable ;) But yeah those hours...I couldn't do it. Are all your clothes wet from the closet flooding? D:

  2. I work as a baker at a bagel shop overnights. 9 hour shifts, 5 nights a week, and I typically get an extra 4 - 8 hours on top of that in extra overtime. Their apartment was flooded. It leaked into the floors and walls, and flooded out largely my closet and bathroom.

  3. Work? What kind of place do you work at? :) WOW they left a tap running for so long that it flooded the entire apartment? :O did it like...trickle down the stairs or something?

  4. Work. Lots of work. Oh, and I spent all of my afternoon today cleaning up my flooded apartment because the people upstairs left a tap running.

  5. Oh I see ;) hehe. What have you been up to recently? School? Work?

  6. Yeah, it was uh.. uh... Acacia. Yeah, Acacia. He threatened me! Other than scary threats I'm alright!

  7. oh hehe someone TOLD you to do so? 3 guesses as to who ;) thank you though! hellooo :D haha. how are you today?

  8. I WAS TOLD I HAD TO POST HERE AND SAY HI. SO HI.

  9. Sure. All great lore figures, yet not nearly as popular as far as playable heroes went in The Frozen Throne. Didn't hurt that he was broken as hell for ladder play.
  10. On ARAM, just build tanky with Magic Pen items and CDR, R > E > W > Q for levelling. Shred people with your ult.
  11. While the sarcastic advice is great and all, this IS a first-year level assignment. and TAs don't give a shit if you do something that would be considered real-world correct when the assignment is asking for something else. It's also important to distinguish that different functions that give similar results can come to those results in much different ways, and especially when dealing with floating point numbers, the differences can be astonishingly large. There's a reason the prof is asking what he's asking. I personally don't know python, and I especially don't know anything about this particular library that he's using, but as far as schoolwork goes, most stuff has a reason for being done a certain way.
  12. First off, your variable names suck. Second, re-read part a), and figure out why you haven't actually done what was asked of you.
  13. What? Seriously? 40% CDR is mandatory in any serious build on just about anyone who's not an ADC or an energy user. This is especially true on champions that provide more utility than anything else for their team. Having a Sejuani ult every 70 seconds instead of 120 is _massive_. Especially on SR coming out of the jungle. Just being unkillable will not win you fights as a tank, I mean, it's great and all that you don't die, but if you dont have the damage or utility throughout the fight consistently (ie. not waiting on cooldowns 10s out of every 12), you're much more useless than the guy built full tanky CDR with magic pen. Being a tank is great and all, but if you can't give the enemy team a reason to attack your 4.5k hp, 250 armor, 200 mr self, you're useless to your team. Whether that's from damage or 1 second stuns every 5 seconds or a combination of the 2, just building pure tank is generally more detrimental than building tanky damage in most cases. Oh, and items to stay away from in the jungle unless you're massively ahead due to cost: Trinity Force, Sunfire Cape, Rod of Ages, ADC-type items, Needlessly Large Rod items. If you're an AP jungler sorc shoes, haunting guise and abyssal scepter (in other words, magic pen) are your best bets for damage If you're AD, Brutalizer and Hexdrinker makes for a lot of damage while you build tank items the rest of the time.
  14. Given that there's something like 6 mounts available from the b.net store, and something like 125 available otherwise in-game... really? What a lame reason to hate the game. I really don't understand the MoP hate either. For all the griping people have about Blizzard fucking with lore from the RTS series, it seems really odd that there's so much flak for Pandaria and Pandaren as a race. I mean, Chen Stormstout was probably the most well-known hero in WCIII aside from Arthas, and on top of that they did an excellent job in not just making the game a 10-year-old's dream. There's a lot of very deep, compelling story in Pandaria, and most of the actual dungeon content is quite good. People are just looking back through Rose-tinted glasses and whining because things are different. Is MoP my favorite expansion? No. Is it a bad expansion? Absolutely not. Anyone who says so is just being disingenuous with themselves.
