  1. Marry Robin to Nowi. Make Morgan Manakete. And that’s the game. In all seriousness though, I love Awakening but it is really easy if you know how to use the Second Seal. You make some ridiculous builds and solo the game with certain units. Such as Manakete Morgan. Another is Hero Donnel. He will have Armsthrift with 40-50 Luck. Give him Mercurius. It won’t use a point of durability. Make Olivia buff, give her Galeforce, pass it on to a broken Armsthrift Mercurius Inigo. Move Inigo. 1 turn. Dance for him. Move him and attack and win against something. 2 turns. Galeforce. 3 whole times to move a single unit. This works well with a Pair Up Sumia in the final map, because she can carry Chrom to Grima. S Support Chrom/Sumia. Both capped. Good luck. You just beat the game.
  2. Hi everybody, I'm giving Awakening a second try and will do a new hard/classic run! Here some background: Ok, so while the last time I had a male Robin, this time I went with a female one with SPD boon and HP bane (it's not too late to start all over if that wasn't optimal). I'll try to enjoy the story (still don't know the end of the story yet, even if Heroes spoils a lot) and not bug myself trying to solve every side-quest. But I want to focus on Galeforce and give this skill to many units. If it's not too much grinding, 4-6 units should be doable. I still have the golden package DLC (to level up second row units), but I hope I won't have to use that map much. I'm not planning to buy additional DLC now, but I remember some were recommended (Lost Bloodlines, Future Past). Even if I'm not totally new to Awakening, I still have some open questions: Marriage / Children: One point that made me always feel I missed something in my first run, so I should plan this early. Are there some must-have couples/children? I like to build (strong) Galeforce units, who are the best couples for GF babies? Do the mothers have to be Dark Fliers? First ideas (WIP), need to prioritize ~4-6 GF units: Galeforce Morgan and GF Lucina from Chrom + Robin or better Chrom + Olivia? I would need to start over again if i want to marry Chrom to her GF Severa from Cordelia and Lon'qu GF Mage Owain from Lissa (Dark Flier) + Ricken (?) GF Kjelle from Sully + Donnel OR GF Nah from Nowi + Donnel. Btw: Can Nah Galeforce in dragon form? GF Brady from Maribelle and ? GF Cynthia from Sumia and Henry GF Inigo from Olivia and ? GF Laurent from Miriel and ? GF Noire from Tharja and ? Yarne from Panne and ? Gerome from Cherche and ? Did I forget someone? Donnel passes down Galeforce as the only (?) male unit. Should I use him with Sully, Cherche, Panne or Nowi? Are there any must-have skills that I should inherit to my child units? Do I need to use second seals on the parents? As far as I understood, parents pass down skills they learned until the moment their child joins the team, right? Is there are child unit that I should prioritize because he/she is hilariously funny? Getting skills /second seal Which skills are must-have (at least on one unit of the team)? How should I class my Galeforce users? Any visits into other classes recommended? Weapons / Items: What are the most important weapons/items for each class? I remember Killer and Brave weapons were good, also Javelins and Hand Axes, especially early in the game. Is it worth looking into spotpass for these? I remember Nosferatu and Excalibur were useful tomes. Any other stuff that can make my mages kill easier? I remember them dying fast. Teleporting: Is there any other way to teleport than the rescue staff? Healers: They heal and use rescue. What else should I let them do? How does a really good healer look like, what do I have to do to make him/her good? Some things I remember from my first run: Dragon stones running low fast. Plan couples beforehand. Thanks to everyone who helps me out. I'll try to read and respond 2-3 times a week, depending on my progress in the game.
  3. I have been training my units for Castle Battles, but I have some trouble with the Dark Falcon skills set. My current Dark Falcon is Elise because she has godly amounts of Magic and Speed, so she can hit hard and double most slow units. I am still in the process of training her Skill stat and I wanted to know some ideas for skills that I could give her while I train. I want to make her a glass cannon. The way I think would be most effective is killing to physically defensive units with low Res and then running away thanks to Galeforce (which is the reason why she has the movement stat at 10). The skills I have right now are Galeforce, Movement +1, Speed +2, Relief, Miracle, Resistance +2, Demoiselle, and Rally Movement. The classes she can turn into are Wyvern Lord, Malig Knight, Strategist, Maid, Blow Knight, Adventurer, Omnyoji, and Priestess. Does anyone know what skills could work well with this set?
  4. What if the Pegasus knight class wasn't gender locked but instead avaliable to certain characters (Chrom, Robin {M + F}, Donnel, Gaius, Maribelle, Lissa, Emmeryn, Cordelia, Aversa, Sumia and street pass characters/bonus map characters)? How would that change skill sets (if at all)?
  5. So, just a while ago I decided to recruit inigo (Chrom!Inigo) (This is my 4th playthrough only made so I can try out new child pairings) I usually did a sumia and chrom pairing, so I decided to see what olivia could do for chrom and I wasn't disappointed, Inigo seemed incredible and lucina had a lot of better classes to pick from. I failed the first 2 times on the level because of getting the 5 kills for inigo and I forgot to save in the prep menu each time causing me to have to reclass Chrom (I had him as a great knight) and switch around Olivia's abilities to get galeforce at the end. The last time I did it I was kind of rushing, and in my haste forgot to switch Olivia's abilities and by the time I realized I had already saved and went through the support conversations... Therefore causing me to feel a substantial amount of anger. So I just wanted to ask you if you have ever forgotten to pass down a vital skill to a child character?
  6. Dread Fighters instead learned Galeforce and Dual Support+ and Brides got Counter and Wrath (not sure about the highlights of male exclusive skills) I'd love that because I'm a huge Galeforce fan (I know it's overrated, but still). I don't use any male exclusive skills, but I don't use Bride skills either, so I would be indifferent.
  7. Even though I don't have a large amount of Fe players up where I live, I'm still curious what skills could be considered the best streetpass ones. I've heard of, and quite frankly hopped directly onto the paviseaegisrenewalignis bandwagon, but there has to be something more helpful, of course, if there isn't... What should take up that last skill slot, my personal favorite is armsthrift, only on my my unit though, not the others, otherwise, i'd go with counter or an actually helpful breaker skill. Any other ideas? Any other different sets that clean up even more well than paviseaegisrenewalignis does, other than the breaker monopoly of course.
