  1. As the title implies: pick a video game character, and give them a moveset. Here's mine: Character: Byleth (Three Houses Trainer): Description: The House Leaders have been invited to Smash Bros., but as there's only one invitation, and the Church of Seiros (who were mailed the invitation) can't decide between them, they have to sign up together as a three-person team rather than as three individual fighters. Byleth acts as their instructor: coordinating with them and guiding them from the background. Claude is an agile combo-making trickster supreme; utilizing his Hero's Relic and his bag of tricks to rack up damage. He is pure speedy, ranged annoyance. Dimitri is a mighty warrior. Though lacking in ranged attacks, he doesn't need them; his Hero's Relic has all the range it needs, and with his power behind it, it will send opponents flying. Edelgard is a stone wall. With her small stature and heavy build, she is not one to be sent flying very easily. Her axe Aymr may lack range compared to the many swords that dot the Smash landscape, but it packs a punch. When range is an issue, she can utilize her Dark Magic to pressure her enemies and help her vanquish all obstacles in her path. Palette: The palette swaps give the House Leaders colourations resembling different students in their respective houses, while Byleth resembles various other characters, including Jeralt, Sothis, Seteth and Rhea. Moveset: Shared: Edelgard: Dimitri: Claude: Any suggestions for the standard, tilt, smash and aerials?
  2. Which Fighter promotions do you prefer? Not much else to say.
  3. So far it looks like Brigands are the only axe using class, while all classes seem to use one weapon like the original ruling out axe using Generals/Barons as such axes are seeming unlikely right now. Do you think will a Brigand will be recruitable or will another axe using class appear unlike the original. There's also the amiibos apparently summoning normally unplayable classes for player use. I thought this is an interesting topic of discussion that would be worth discussing here.
  4. Spoilers I know that many people have been RAM hacking Fates already, but I haven't seen any direct-capture footage of the classes yet. Hope this video will be enough: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-6GlpBR2qeg
  5. As is obvious, I love me a good fighting game. Reading through the first pages of the General Gaming Discussion, I didn't see any real topics about this. There's a Smash Topic and a Street Fighter V Topic, but no topic about just general fighting games. I love games like Skullgirls, which serves as probably the best Marvel Vs. Capcom-style game out there. It has some darn gorgeous visuals and a great soundtrack. It's probably my favorite fighting game at the moment. I also hold a deep love for fighters like KoF, Garou: Mark of the Wolves, and the many fighters made by Arc System Works, including Guilty Gear and Blazblue. I enjoy and play basically every fighter out there. From Lethal League and Divekick to Skullgirls and Mortal Kombat. I also play competitively, so if you're looking on character advice and such, I'm your man! Feel free to talk about your favorite fighting games here! This can include stuff like Powerstone, Darkstalkers, you name it! I use fightcade to play most of my fighters online as far as older ones go. Look it up, its great!
  6. After Iwata-san's sudden passing, the only fitting thing would be for the inclusion of the character from the first game he worked on. I already voted for Chibi-Robo and Bandana Dee, and maybe you've voted, but I guarantee that this is not a bad thing to vote again on this. And while Villager has his recovery, there's still more that can be done for Balloon Fighter anyway.
