[spoiler=Robin's alternate costumes] [spoiler=Lucina's alternate costumes] Yup, screenshots of Robin's and Lucina's alternate costumes, the latter of which are derived from other characters from Fire Emblem Awakening! Share your thoughts here! For the case of Lucina, from left to right, there's the default costume, Nowi, Cherche, Cordelia, Tiki, Lissa, Tharja and Sumia! EDIT: added in Robin's alts. and hid the screenshots because of spoilers. My thoughts on their costumes: by default, I would use the default costumes. However, in case the mood strikes me, or if it becomes apparent that visibility is becoming an issue and I don't want to put up a thick outline for the characters, I like green, red, blue and yellow costumes on Robin. For the case of Lucina, I actually like all of them since I can see the amount of effort Sakurai and his team put into the costumes (personal bias towards Cordelia, Tiki, Cherche, Lissa and Sumia). By the way, doesn't Lucina in the Nowi alt costume look a lot like Nino from FE7? ... And can't believe that I just saw this now... male Robin in his white costume makes him look a lot like Kirito in his Knights of the Blood Oath uniform from Sword Art Online. -
Hello, I'm new to the forums. I have recently been getting back into art so this seemed the best place to submit them. Right now I'm wholly focused on Fire Emblem fanart. Here is 2 pieces that are almost complete! I still have to put a little bit of touch up. The first one is Lyn and Robin and the second one is Tiki taking a nap. UPDATE!! Here's 2 more pieces I've been working on.

Are 4 Fire Emblem characters in SSB4 too much?

We already know that Marth, Ike, Robin and Lucina will be playable in SSB4. To my mind there's at least one character too much already. Lucina looks more like a copy of Marth. And there are too many swordusers: Link, Marth, Ike, Lucina, Robin and Toon-Link. She seems to be more like a filler. I just don't like it, if "clones" will be added only to inflate the character roster. "Fire Emblem" will represent the same number of characters like the "Mario" and "Zelda" series did in SSBB and even more than the "Kirby" and "Starfox" series. Is "Fire Emblem" really that important now that this franchise should have 4 character spots in SSB4? -
This topic should hopefully be pretty self-explanatory: Who do you think is the best match for Robin? This can count for either (or both) the male and the female Robin, and "best match" can include chemistry, battle strategy, or something else entirely. I personally think, for m!Robin, Lissa and Olivia have supports with the best chemistry. Lissa brings out the complete ridiculousness in Robin ("Risen! Wolves! Risen riding wolves!!" and the rubbery thing he does with his face), and Olivia just seems very at ease and fun around him (which is rare in and of itself). I really like Cherche and Cordelia as characters too, but the former's support conversations are so boring as far as I'm concerned ("Wait...you want me to be a chaperone on a wyvern date?!!? But I don't know anything about wyverns!!....I think I'm in love with you, Cherche."), and the latter always seems like she's settling whenever she pairs up with someone other than Chrom (plus, her monologues relating to Chrom in the barracks and on the event tiles never change, leading you to believe she never does get over her love for Chrom). Severa's aren't bad either, as she demonstrates to Robin that she has an eye for strategy, giving them something really important in common. For f!Robin, I liked the supports with Chrom and Priam. Obviously Chrom and Robin make a good match regardless of gender, and I did like the Robin proposal conversation at the end of Chapter 11 (rather than their regular S-Support conversation where Chrom seems like he's ready to have a heart attack); more sappy, but also more romantic and in-line with their characterizations. Priam is just a really cool warrior with a spiritual side, and his conversations with Robin seem quite natural. Lon'qu's supports were just....weird. Two words: fig bruises.

Title says all I want the best (statwise) couples in awakening please. The only ones that I won't change are: Chrom X Sumia MyMMu X Olivia Vaike X Cherche All others I need help for best children

I just...can't. I want a wife that Robin can Pair Up with in the Late Game and Post Game DLC. But I also like to make good use of Robin's great Stat mods and Class sets of his kids. It can't be Sumia, she is Chrom's wife. Characters I like are Cordelia (though I feel using Robin on Severa isn't an efficient use of Robin's super dad skills, Severa is great with almost all dads), Tharja (I've read Noire likes Robin as a dad, I like Tharja too, reminds me of Urd from OMG, but I think she is just adequate as a Support Pair up to Robin), Nowi (I like dragons in general and I heard that like Noire, Nah loves Robin as a father, but I also read that Nowi is just isn't useful to pair up with Robin at the Post game due to her lacking class set), and Lucina (Chrome but better, she is great as a Pair Up Partner, but while Morgan will have great mods as a third gen character, she will be an only child). Any help/tips? I hate my indecisiveness. :(
