  1. In the Fire Emblem community, there is a saying that Japan doesn't like the Tellius games as much compared to the western world. What I want to know is why is that the reason ? Was it because of the artstyle, that didn't appeal to the Japanese fans? Was it because of Ike, that he doesn't fit the standard mold of a Fire Emblem protagonist? Or was it some other reason? I wish to find out the answer.
  2. Today GOG.com started their Summer Sale for this year, which is to last until June 22. 12:59 PM UTC. Every day at 1:00 PM UTC, new deals are added and stay available for the rest of the sale. You can get System Shock 2 for free if you access the sale page via their GOG Galaxy client during the first 2 days of the sale. There's also a system in place where you can earn "XP" by performing certain actions or buying games that unlocks more free games (hovering over a game banner in the main page seems to show how much "XP" you can get. You can get more info on it here and here Feel free to both ask for and give recommendations/advices on all games on sale! or just wait for the Steam one
  3. So I don't see a different topic for this, which is surprising to me, but whatever. Nintendo is holding a sale of various titles, including Mario Party 10, Super Mario 3D World, Hyrule Warriors, ALBW, LEGO Batman 3, LEGO The Hobbit, AC:NL, FE13, Kid Icarus: Uprising, etc. Many of these are actually significantly discounted (Hyrule Warriors for like $42, for instance), like ~30% off. I already yolobought Uprising, myself. The full list is found on Nintendo's E3 website's "Offers" page. EDIT: Dual Dragons informs us that Etrian Oddyssey: Untold is also on sale!
