  1. Hello! As anyone following me on social media (likely no on reading this thread, I don't have a terribly large following) knows, Navarre is my favorite FE character. Since he's not an overly popular character, I decided about two years ago to start collecting all of the official merchandise featuring him- TCG, artbooks, ect. There aren't really scans for most of these books online (Which is fine, people should buy the books themselves for the text imo but I do wish there were scans of all the artwork available) - a lot of them only have shaky phone pictures. Still, I think I know for the most part which images are from which books. However, upon buying Fire Emblem - The Complete, I found to my surprise, a short manga! (Two, actually, but I haven't scanned the second one yet. The second one is about the whitewings, I think?) I've never seen anyone mention this before... so I'm assuming most people haven't heard of it. I mean, I was doing digging for artwork for two years and didn't find it until I bought the book myself! I've scanned the whole thing and put it in my Google Drive- I also attempted a rough translation, but my Japanese is entirely self taught and not very extensive so I had to rely on Google Translate quite a bit... if anyone who actually can read Japanese sees this, I'd be super happy if you'd give this a quick look and see if I got anything horribly wrong! Here's the raw scans And here's my attempt at an English translation I also don't read enough to know who the artist actually is. If anyone in the know could tell me, that'd be great!
  2. Hey y'all! So I finally snagged myself an SNES Classic due to sheer luck, hacked the crap outta of it and added FE4 to the mix. Now I'm crazy and I want to make the PERFECT North American box art for FE4 to add to my mini SNES, but I'm having a hard time finding the perfect cover art to work with. I started with the regular box artwork, but then I found pictures of the same art just less cropped. I'm wondering if anyone out there has or has at least seen the complete uncropped (or nearly uncropped) artwork at a high resolution? These are what I've been finding, the 1st image is the closest to what I've been looking for, I'd just need it at a high resolution. But I noticed that there is even more to the image, because the calendar adds extra to the bottom (sadly by sacrificing the top). So yeah, if anyone knows something that I don't I'd love to hear about it. I'm sure that there are more people looking for the complete artwork as well. Thanks everyone!
  3. I'll like to take the time to compare the old artwork from the 90s and put it alongside with the newly released artwork. Since the moment of this post's conception (day of the announcement), I'll post all of the artwork released so far and will post the other pieces when they become available (or in a new post if this one dies). If I missed any, feel free to add more characters! Alm Celica Boey Savor Berkut (Localized name pending) (Reference) EDIT: Clive's old and new artwork is on Page 2 of this thread. Gray, Tobin, Kliff, Faye, Lukas, Silque, Mae, Genny, Valbar, Leon, and Kamui on page 3. Clair, Luthier, Delthea, Palla, Catria, Est, Rudolf, and Linea on page 6. Python, Zeke, Sonya, Conrad, Juda, and Mila on page 6. So what do you think about the new designs/art style? Are there any characters you wish they will reveal next? What's your favorite?
  4. I'm gonna be posting anything I consider art (music and actual artwork) that is Fire Emblem related. The original post will be a hub of sorts, I suppose? Anyway, lemme know what you think of my things. I MIGHT eventually do requests when I get more confident with my work. Phina's Dance (Fire Emblem - Mystery of the Emblem) by Purple-Clad Gamer.mid
  5. Hey guys, I managed to join BoomBoomPrints since last June and I managed to make a good amount of artwork that I did. I did managed to get one person buy the Two Pots artwork. But, sorry about with these prices in the site, I kept them as Default and I don't want to lower it since the Raising in case if someone buys it and get the money transfer to PayPal will get lower also. But here's the link of the page that has my artwork. And I have about a total of 33 artwork post it right now. And, I am going to be working on a illustration of a Female Robin holding Baby Lucina. Also, I'm planning using it to go to DigiPen Institute of Technology on my future goal and I am going to get a Lucina amiibo from eBay and getting some of the games also. And by the way, I did asked for approval and Avyen Knight (aka VincentASM) saids it's ok that I can post this to the creativity section. Edit: Forgot to update this thread that I already bought the Lucina amiibo and also, I can take on artwork requests on this thread to work on that has to be appropriate enough and can be upload it to BoomBoomPrints.
  6. I think I've finally got this. During one cutscene, Chrom is talking to Robin about his father and the war with Plegia. He says and I quote: "The campaign only ended with his death fifteen years ago." So Awakening takes place fifteen years after Chrom's dad dies. This is crucial because in the same cutscene Chrom says that Emmeryn was nine years old when their dad passed: "When our father died before her 10th year, he left her quite the legacy..." So that means Emmeryn was 24 at the beginning on Awakening. Now according to this concept artwork... Emmeryn is 6 years Chrom's senior. So Chrom is 18. Lissa's age is a little more confusing. She's apparently 10 years younger than Emmeryn and 4 years younger than Chrom which should be impossible. Chrom's mother was still pregnant with Lissa when their father died, so she could only at the most be three years younger than her siblings. That means that both Emm and Chrom had their 10th and 4th birthdays before she was born, so they're probably a bit older at the end of the Mad King's War. So their ages are likely: Emmeryn: 24 to 25 at the end of part 1, and 27 at the end of the game. Chrom: 18 to 19 at the end of part 1, and 21 at the end of the game. Lissa: 15 at the end of part 1, and 17 at the end of the game. Oh. And Donnel: 14 at the end of part 1, and 16 at the end of the game; considering he's younger than Lissa and all.
