  2. Inspired by some previous topics (You in Fire Emblem Awakening and Create a Self-Insert Character [Fates]), I find it appropriate to have one for FE: Heroes as well. So, in this topic feel free to share your own heroes. They can be self-inserts, fan characters, or even interpretations of other personalities adapted to the FE: Heroes setting.   3. Just wanted to get some opinions on these portraits I made for a ROM hack since I'm a beginner and I have, like, 80 more portraits to finish. They're all 100% custom (though I used other characters as reference while I was making them), and I tried to base them off of their designs from FE3.
  4. Got this idea from @XRay on the Create-A-Hero thread. Make yourself into a Heroes-style character (stats, skills, etc.) and mention who you want to do it next. Examples (users: me, @Jyosua, @Purple Mage, and @Pengaius: Jyosua's up first. Next up is Pengaius. Next up, we have Purple Mage. Last and probably least-Me!
  5. Me and my friends which were played the FE3H has their own opinions about the character's class-features. Long story short, one side needs more freedom for any character-build and the other side needs more in-game uniqueness. In other words, one side needs the less genderlocked classes (as IF/Fates) while the others worshipping the genderlocked classes. All of us finally made the six main fanmade Master Classes for fun. All of these fanmade Master Classes are genderlocked and provides the various Mastery skills equally for any character regardless their gender. Regardless any stats base or builds, we tried to made them balanced and we still obligated to following the "rules" as the entire fanmade master classes should be: 1. Two kinds Proficiencies at minimum. 2. Four kinds of Proficiencies at maximum. 3. Three kinds of class Abilities at max. 4. Two or three kinds of the Certification Requirements at minimum. 5. Two kinds of Skill Masteries at max. 6. No unique abilities and masteries which exclusively possessed by the protagonist, any lord, and any enemy units (including "Counterattack") allowed. 7. Flying and Riding classes must have "Canto" on one of their three Abilities slot. This is the templates which only for easier to make the fanmade Master Class. So, no insisting for using it at all. [MASTER CLASS NAME] - (Optional. A small description of the class) Proficiencies: ▪ (Two kinds of at minimum, four kinds at maximum.) Certification Requirements: (Two or three kinds of expertise levels which obviously has something to do with the class) ▪ ▪ ▪ Abilities: (Three kinds at max. while the "Canto" skill would be taken one slot if the class is the Riding or Flying type.) ▪ ▪ ▪ ☆Mastery: (Optional.   6. I plan on being a game dev in the future and making my own Fire Emblem-esque SRPG one day, but so far it's a mess of scattered and disconnected ideas that don't really fit together. Thinking about this got me curious what other people would hypothetically come up with if you got to write the plot of a future Fire Emblem game yourselves. It goes without saying that certain games (we all know which ones) have divisive plots so I should clarify that I don't mean an improvement of a story that already exists (so no "x but good/better" type answers), but an original plot that can take inspiration from the mainline series without directly copying their homework. So, what would YOUR Fire Emblem be about?
  7. Starting roughly half a year ago, I started doing a playthrough of Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon. Originally, it was just gameplay with subtitled commentary I made for a friend who hadn't played the game, but as I learned more about how to use my editing program, I had more ideas for my project. Starting with chapter 24, I started making some visual novel-like scenes from scratch, to add a more humorous and dynamic aspect to my playthrough (though in retrospect, some of it is a little too silly). I started calling this series OVERpLAY, partly because of the use of overlays and that I'm doing more than just playing a game. I read somewhere that at least part of Kaga's vision for Fire Emblem was for players to make their own stories, and that's sort of what I'm trying to do with this now; have some more character interactions, show some ways the deaths of some characters have affected surviving ones... ... and also play some things for laughs. Here is Chapter 24, where I started doing stuff in the "OVERpLAY" style: I was, admittedly, still trying to find some direction when I made this, and some of the humor, particularly early on with external references, which even I find a little cringy now. Also, in case you're wondering why the dead unit list is so long when the Aum staff is used, when when this was still an LP I made for a friend, I deliberately sacrificed my guys to access the gaiden chapters so I could show as much of the game as possible. Here is the Endgame: This is where I started doing stuff the way I currently am: while still mostly comedic, there are some serious moments too, and I used my additional scenes for the sake of some extra character depth, like Marth feeling the pressure of living up to Anri's legend. Lastly, here is the Shadow Dragon Epilogue: I bring everyone back to life for the sequel in an unapologetically contrived way, and make shoutouts to what's to come in Echoes and New Mystery. The very end also lays some groundwork for some of my plans for NMotE, but I'm not saying where that is. ? Here is the full playlist: As I said, Chapter 24 is where I started doing stuff in the OVERpLAY style, but here you go if you're interested in seeing how things got to that point. If you're interested in seeing an expert playthrough, though, you won't find it here. I'm planning on doing a New Mystery of the Emblem OVERpLAY in the not-too-distant future, building a story around the results of an Iron Man run, but for this, I deliberately killed off units for the gaiden chapters and I wasn't above stuff like arena grinding.   8. So since I love to draw, I thought I'd try my hand at computer art. I know it's not that great so I want constructive feedback to help me improve on this. Decided to try starting my own art thread-starting off with some pictures I drew featuring my favourite unit in Heroes, Spring Chrom <3 All of these were posted on my deviantart first(also Katrov), so if for some reason you've seen them before I'm not stealing them lol (original post on deviantart) (original post which also has credit for the base I used) (original post-what is it with me drawing bunny chrom with a brown backgrounds? LOL) But yeah, that's all for now, will eventually put more Fire Emblem related art as I do stuff etc....I hope others are just as blessed by Spring Chrom as I was,,,a good bunny <3
  10. An another insane idea in my mind for Fire Emblem from one of my posts and it will be special for Lunatic difficulty. If all Fire Emblem titles mixed to one, in "my castle" features, it will have an extra "DLC" chapter that only worked once and before reach any chapters which contained the stories (or paralogues) about met any character's descendant, and the 'extra chapter' works like below. The extra chapter is Rescue an NPC monster (which cannot attack and have relatively high HP and Def, no Skills, and with 0 in other stats so it would be mostly got double and critical hits by enemy) who appeared at north area on the map which hunted down by the massive numbers of enemy's (relatively easy) monsters with unlimited reinforcements, which good for exp.harvestings. Battle chapter ended if the NPC monster died or succeed to reach out south area of the map. If the Lord unit got talked to it before it reach out of the map and survived, it will follow you to the castle after the battle chapter ended (but not as an unit), and you will got a temporary extra feature. In the castle, the temporary extra feature is to talk to the Monster for it's request to the Lord. The extra feature would be gone after finished it's tasks or when the player decide to ignore it and continues to the next chapter. The Monster's tasks were request the Lord is to sacrifice each one of any male and female HUMAN/BEORC characters from the player's force (not from post-game's bonus characters that featured by enemy's or deceased characters). Lords, avatar (my unit), characters which already have A, A+, and S support, matured or cursed characters (like Jagen, Frey, Wrys, Moulder, Dozla, Gunther, Nyx, and many more), major characters who destined to be the ruler of the country (king / queen / crown prince / crown princess), and 'branded' characters could NOT be sacrificed. There will be very limited choice of it. The both sacrificed characters could not have their mates (including having child) and will have their own altered endings (and they would had sad endings because they weren't humans anymore). If the player "agrees" to do it, it might be recommended for any weakest characters who has terrible growth that forced to benched overtime and not very affected to the battlefields as well as their respective own 'stories' (note: when decide to 'agree', it will unable to continue to next chapter before the task completed). The sacrificed characters here were not perished at all. The Monster only takes their "humanity" in order to lift-off it's monster-form curse by a defeated demon god. After the task finished, the Monster's form would became a shade of light and thanking the Lord for help, so it can return to it's own respective realm. (The word "it" were used due it have no gender and no character's voice.) The characters were 'sacrificed' by reborn into demi-humans and reclassed to permanent classes that unable to reclass to another (including DLC) class, unremovable Skills, cannot buy and equip another Skills, and lost all of their own already-learned Skills, hence since they lost their "humanity". Note: the other characters cannot be reclass to the respective demi-human's classes. Example below. They have average stats growth and would be considered as the monster units, so they were weak againts anti-monster Skills or weapons (if exist). The level will reset to 1, HP 25, Str 7, Mag 7, Skill 8, Spd 8, Luck 9, Def 6, Res 6 after "reborn". They will become: Angel. From a sacrificed male unit. A winged humanoid creature which gains energy from the purity of water. Flier. Marine. Movement 7. Lance E, Dagger E, Staff E. Skills: 1. -the Character's own innate Skill-. 2. Albatross. -class' innate Skill-. Iote's Shield + restore 10 HP on the start of player's turn if stands on the water tiles. 3. Lv.1.: Raider. Beastbane + Wyrmsbane + Air Superiority. 4. Lv.10.: Edgebreaker. Axebreaker + Bowbreaker. 5. Lv.25.: Bladefaire. Lancefaire + Daggerfaire. 6. Lv.35.: Titan. Luna + Rend Heaven. Lamia. From a sacrificed female unit. An attractive creature with half women to upper body and half snake to lower body. Mountaineer. Forester. Desert walker. Movement 6. Axe E, Bow E, Tome E. Skills: 1. -the Character's own innate Skill-. 2. Lander -class' innate Skill-. Natural Cover + Good Fortune + Negates all terrain's movement penalties. 3. Lv.1.: Slaughter. Who will you sacrifice? (Their names and from FE series) 2. What will they becomes? (also allowed to take the demi-humans example-forms above) 3. What Skills will they have? (if you have any ideas and they'll allowed to be overpowered) nb. also allowed to take same characters to becomes another demi-human creatures and vise-versa.

Please list class name, weapons, if it is base or promoted, movement/type, good and bad stats, and any unique abilities. Class Name: Spirit Rider Type: Promoted Flying Weapons: Swords, Lances Good Stats: Skl, Spd, Lck Bad Stats: Str, Mag, Def Unique abilities: All crits triple Str (Or Mag, if using magical weapon) and then target the foes Def (or Res), instead of tripling damage
  12. Hello there, this is my 2nd post on the forum. I haven't been online much, sorry about that I almost forgot that I made an account here lol. I know Japan doesn't have the same school culture as we do in Canada and the States but how about we have some kind of graduation + prom night themed banner held in like late June or somethng? Since Graduations are typically held in June as well as prom nights. I even have ideas for character outfits and skills. I made up some skills myself, the hero types, weapons, outfits and portraits. My job starts June 14th (training week) and then we officially start June 27th but we have other things to do before then so I'll be making some extra money. Also I get paid for training week (bonus points :D) so I'll be commissioning an artist that I have in mind to draw these pictures mimicking the different art-styles as she is very good at it. When the portraits are drawn I will post them here. So for the characters, I was thinking for the hypothetical banner would be: 1.) Corrin (Male) Type: Green Breath (We need more Green Dragons) Outfit: Grey Graduation Gown Weapon: Confetti Breath+ (Pink Dragonstone, a way to celebrate the grads as he is activating his special there would be confetti flying around the stone) Title: Graduating Dragon Skills: Dance Breathbreaker (Something similar to the other [insert weapon type here] breaker abilities, only this would have an effect on the dragons in the game) Congratulations (Special Skill): Boosts damage dealt by 70% of DEF, gives ATK/DEF +4 at the end of combat. Defiant ATK (1,2,3) Corrin would be a tank, and would also be high on RES but low on DEF. If this unit came to life, in my opinion you'd want a +ATK - HP Grad!Corrin 2.) Camilla Type: Red Sword Title: Bewitching Dancer Weapon: Prom Night+ (Black and Purple Color schemed Rapier) Outfit: Purple Prom Dress Skills: Rally Attack Swordbreaker Dancing in The Night (Special Skill): Gives ATK/SPD+5 and boosts damage dealt by 60% of ATK Turncount:2.   14. Hi, I´m new to Serenesforest. Last months I´ve been playing a little bit with Awakening and Fates´s story. If your are interested, post your ideas. This post contains Big Spoilers for Awakening and some Mild Spoilers for Fates The first thing I want to share is Chrom´s dad, I made a base design for it and I think it is pretty cool. One thing I noticed is that I´m not that great at drawing armor, so if you´d like to help me with that I would really appreaciate it. Once I get Fates next month and clear the story modes, I´ll update on the story itself, so you´ll have to wait a little bit until the main story. For some time it will be some designs I make or some mini stories that will shape the main story. Well, here comes Chrom´s Dad I am not that great with names, but my idea for his name is Rodrik. He is an only child. In this story, he is the first blue haired descendant that wasn´t born with his brand. For that reason, he isn´t able to wield Falchion. His base class is an Axe Lord, but his class is War Lord, they can use Axes and Swords. I don´t know what his Personal Skill would be. Since his parents loved him very much, they forged a special axe made of extremely rare silver that uses the Argent Gem´s Power. He still goes into a rampage and tries to anihilate the Grimleals. I´ll attach the photos in the next few days since I´m having Internet trouble right now. Update #1 Now, I´ll talk a bit about the main thing of this mashup. Since I haven´t played Fates, but I know a bit of the story, this may change in the future. The idea is that after the end of Fire Emblem Fates, the Invisible Path, Kamui, Aqua, and Lilith go through a portal and got to Chrom´s world. They get separated in the way, and Kamui appears near the time and place where Chrom finds Robin, but he can´t remember well what happened to him. I´ll update after the game comes out, to avoid people getting mad with me.
  15. I know this is not an ideal time to talk about this, but after playing some AC Unity, I thought to myself What if Fire Emblem 15 had a French Revolution-esque setting. After some thinking, I came up with the name and summary plot. Right now, it is a fresh idea, so it's going to be pretty raw and shoddy. But, I will improve upon it later. Name: Fire Emblem Liberty Summary Plot: 3 years after Awakening, Chrom dies under mysterious circumstances, and Lucina and Robin are both shaken by the loss. Hours later, the people, once peaceful, revolt against the Ylissean monarchy. It is now up to Robin to find the truth be hind these dark times. Like I said, this is still a work in progress so if you have any constructive critique, feel free to post. Or, if you have an Idea of your own, I would really like to hear it.
  16. Emmryn was actually with the Assassins. Think about it, Gangrel and his generals were all Templars and Chrom and his shepherds had no idea of the Assassin-Templar conflict but Emmeryn herself was an Assassin. This means that she just synchronized the landscape of Plegia's castle and made a leap of faith which was not seen nor shown in the cutscene. As with all assassins, she survived the leap of faith and went under the guise of an amnesiac simpleton just to hide what she knows about the Assassins and the Templars. But what do I know? I'm just an AC fan brainstorming.
