  1. How many battles have you been in and won with Robin? You can see this on the end credits when it shows Robin's post story card. What is your highest amount? And if Robin isnt your highest, who is? (Hope i posted this in the right area im new :3)
  2. It seems like this is a thing that isn't going to die, so I'm going to officialize it! Essentially, I think you guys would be better served by a single fire-and-forget place to put HAPPY BIRTHDAY TIKI I GOT A LOG etc posts in. SO in this thread we wish people happy birthdays and yell about what happy things we got for peoples' birthdays! I might put a schedule of birthdays for people to celebrate in here later but for now, be HAPPY. btw in case you're confused "be happy" means "negativity is literally outlawed as of 11.12.13" 2 January Gaius 11 January Say'ri 21 January Severa 27 January Gregor 9 February Priam 12 February Miriel 22 February Brady 28 February Tiki 6 March Lissa 14 March Yarne 16 March Gangrel 29 March Nah 2 April Tharja 14 April Maribelle 20 April Lucina 25 April Laurent 5 May Morgan 14 May Cynthia 23 May Ricken 27 May Chrom 4 June Donnel 11 June Anna 16 June Stahl 24 June Kellam 1 July Libra 7 July Cordelia 15 July Owain 23 July Yen'fay 7 August Inigo 13 August Basilio 20 August Olivia 26 August Frederick 1 September Gerome 14 September Walhart 21 September Nowi 29 September Kjelle 7 October Noire 10 October Lon'qu 17 October Cherche 28 October Flavia 3 November Aversa 13 November Henry 18 November Panne 24 November Sumia 5 December Sully 10 December Virion 23 December Emmeryn 26 December Vaike
  3. Hi, I wanted to talk about challenge runs, but any of them in any FE game. I had the idea of GBA/3DS FE without using supply and trading only during the chapters (no battle prep trading), maybe even no armory in battle preps (completely skip prep), maybe no supports along that (I never really used supports in FE and never needed them so far before FE 13 and the pair up mechanic showed up, only to buff Colm/Neimi and sometimes Eirika, most of the time I didn't even click "support"). I think a run with the weakest available (repairable/buyable) weapons would be funny depending on the game (well that's basically how I play FE8 most of the time ^^ with iron, fire, light and flux except for endgame bosses with high def/res and hp who hit like a crashing plane in your face with 120-150 accuracy ouch). Swapping roles (physical units with magic and magical weapons, magical unit with physical weapons). No mobility (playing with 4 movement on everyone like you have an army of knights). No 1-2 range weapon (or use it like you use a 1 range or 2 range, no javelin/throwing axe ennemy phase army). Swords/Bows/Magic only run (Laguz/shapeshifters only run with only the necessary non shapeshifter stuff like Ike to defeat Burger King's terrible plan to raise obesity in the whole world, and you play some Amazonian tribe resisting the empire of Burger King and its' fat church leaders wth their panther transformation XD). Only the less accurate weapons run. Devil axe run (might need to hack an unbreakable devil axe though). This would be a hardcore Nuzlock challenge. Only poison weapons. Only effective weapons. Only the lowest level units available, maintain an average level (lol you can't even promote then). Only lowest speed/luck/strength/def/res/mag/hp...units. (funny to see a team of Arthur-like units get (nuz)locked out of the PT by a random crit: "Hi Knoll how's it goin'?" "Got crit killed by the first ennemy I fought, I should have instantly promoted to summoner and spam summons till I hit 20..." "Sad story bro, see you in the next PMU since no one plays you without farming"). Your ideas?
  4. I was talking with @CyberController earlier and they pitched an interesting idea: What would a game starring Rhea be like? I have some ideas as to how something like that might look and I thought that together, we could come up with some more ideas. To start us off, here's what I thought: Fire Emblem Three Houses: The Story of Rhea. The story would be about the history of Fodlan from the time Rhea is born to the moment she kills Nemesis at the Tailtean Plains with various timeskips in between. The main antagonists are the people that would later become Those Who Slither In The Dark. The game would also detail how the wars humans have waged against each other damaged the land, which forced Sothis to use all her life energy to restore it, thus leading to her death (I think that's how the game said she died, anyway. I keep reading that Nemesis killed her, but there's nothing in the game that supports that. At least to my knowledge). The final boss is obviously Nemesis. Final Cutscene is the beginning cutscene of the original game. The epilogue shows Rhea founding the church of Seiros and vowing to bring Sothis back to life. First cutscene shows The Red Canyon Tragedy. In all its bloody glory... only to cut back to the past and show Rhea and her fellow Nabateans being created by Sothis and detailing their life in Zanado before everything goes to hell. Gameplay? An Action RPG would fit best, I believe. Rhea would have the ability to turn into the Immaculate One during battle like the protagonist of Shining Resonance Refrain could. Like that protagonist, however, she can only maintain the form for a short amount of time and has to be transformed back or else she goes berserk and attacks both enemies and allies alike. The playable characters are Rhea, Indech, Cichol, Cethleann, and Macuil; the story focuses largely on them and how they survived Zanado when so many of their brethren didn't. Anything you'd like to change/add? Let's discuss away! If you like, of course. Hopefully, this is the right section for stuff like this. If not, I apologize to our dear Mods in advance!
  5. The Title is pretty self-explanatory, I guess. But anyway, I'm just having a really bad RNG-Day and was curious about other people bad RNG-Days. So, any stories you want to share? (Btw, it doesn't need to be from Fire Emblem)
  6. This is a game in which you. Must find a word that rhymes with the following word a person puts. For example. I put Frog Other puts Dog Other puts Bat Other 2 puts Cat. So on so forth. Repeating a word in any way means you fail the game. No exceptions. First Word: Oath Edit: Put Orange and you mega fail. Please actually try.
  7. Since I am such a terrible player of Fire Emblem, I thought I'd do the dumbest thing possible. What's that you may ask? Well I wonder if anyone would be interested in seeing me fail at Lunatic mode in FEA. Not just fail it, but take everyone along for the ride that is lunatic mode
  8. When we come up with teams, most of us either are focused on synergy or are striving to make a certain theme team (be it a character or family emblem). For your teams created solely because you've found they work well together, do any of them have any unintended themes? For example, of my main team 3/4 (Celica, Cherche, and Marisa) have red or pink hair and red or pink eyes (poor Micaiah sticks out like a sore thumb). Also, my flier and dragon teams have zero overlap but have matching hair colors (white for Grima and Corrin, blue for Azura and Ninian, purple for Summer Camilla and Myrrh, and green for Elincia and A!Tiki). What about the rest of y'all? Any accidental team themes you've made?
  9. We've all had it happen: you're pulling for certain five star units only to get surprised by someone completely different. Sometimes it's someone you really don't want, like the Merrics (well, not anymore at least) and Mists of the world but other times it's someone that's just as good or better than what you were after in the first place. Who are those units you were pleasantly surprised to get and whose banner did they show up on? For me, it's these: Sigurd: Halloween Banner. I was hunting for Nowi because I was desperate for any flying mage and wound up with him, and he's made himself a staple on my primary horse team Ninian: Bridal Banner 1. In my failed hunt for Charlotte (which continues to this day), Ninian became the first 5 start exclusive dancer I pulled. She had a place on multiple secondary teams and now enjoys a spot on my dragon team (and was also a huge part of the team that first beat lunatic chain challenge 11-12, for which I will always be grateful) Reinhardt: Bridal Banner 1 just like Ninian. He was my first Reinhardt (and i think I've only pulled 2 copies of him the entire time I've played, and I've been pulling so much blue lately), and I was blessed with the +atk nature he loves so much. How about y'all?
  10. We all have our heroes that we've leveled up and decked out with all the coolest skills, but no unit can be good at everything. Maybe your mage can kill enemies in one shot but can be killed by just a stiff wind or maybe your armor unit is strong and tough but slow as molasses. What I'm interested in is this: of your fully leveled units, what's the lowest stat value any of them have and how did it get there? For me it's these: HP: 30: +atk/-hp Delthea (Dark Aura, so no refinement) Atk: 32: +def/-spd Lissa (Fear+, Fortress Resistance, and Fortress Defense) Spd: 17: +atk/-spd Cherche+1 (Brave Axe+) Def: 8: Tie between the above mentioned Delthea and my +spd/-def Bow!Hinoka (Life and Death 3 on both) Res: 12: +spd/-res Leon How about the rest of y'all?
  11. For those of us who haven't collected all the heroes there's bound to be gaps in our collections. What are some of the weirder units you're missing, like ones that would complete a set or a trend you notice? For example, I've picked up both alternate versions of Azura but never the original, who incidentally is the only singer/dancer I'm missing besides Shigure. A couple others include: I've never pulled a 5* exclusive Falchion user The seasonals of the Fates siblings are allergic to me as are half of the siblings themselves (the only seasonal I've pulled of these is New Year Camilla) I'm 3/5 on Lyns but I'm just missing the first and last versions Excluding seasonals (really just green!Sanaki), Mia's the only PoR/RD character I haven't pulled Other than the two originals, the only Robin I've pulled is F!Grima Of the 4-5*s, I'm just missing M!Morgan, Ares, and Shigure What about the rest of y'all?
  12. Hi, I'm starting a challenge for fun (not a try hard in normal/hard mode but a funny PT in easy mode). Axes, thunder tomes users and tigers are the only classes allowed with maybe an exception for Volug since the DB needs a few units for p3 defend chapters, and Sothe/Heather just for utility (as few combat involved as possible). I'm planning on using: Nolan (quite forced to anyway), Ilyana, Jill, Sothe (as told), Volug (as told, and in replacement of tiger Laguz), Muharim isn't worth the investment (sadly because I like him), because LOLavailability. /Haar (not like there are other axe users in his joining chapter anyway), Brom (same) and Mordecai (if I can make anything out of his crap bases and mediocre growths), Kieran (I'll try, don't blame me for the shit he could do because his accuracy and avoid are so bad and his personnal skill isn't made for him + paladins are really not that great in FE10 because of terrain), little heron will be used only if vital and kept in security. /Ike (forced if I intend to finish the run or the Burger King will OS him), not Boyd (please guys his bases for his level are awful and he's far from the promotion bonuses, he sucks in his joining chapter and takes forever to start paying off), Ilyana again, not Soren (1 sage is hard enough to protect and he doesn't even access to high level thunder tomes), Titania (she's nearly forced to finish 3-1 in time), and Gatrie only if his T2 has acess to axes, if not then sadly Gatrie won't be my guy (well Brom will join fast enough anyway), Mordecai (if he truned good enough), Haar (if I need him or else bye bye god tier flyer), Heather (utility), and I think that's it for axe/thunder/tigers. /The same ones + the new tiger (yes, the shitty one, but there's something about him I've always wanted to try, so I'll do it now), and I think that's it. Or are there other ones? Paragon will be given to the latest units exp-wise (notably said baby tiger who clearly has cat growths, at least he won't get doubled much ^^ unlike Mordecai). /Well now I won't change the cast for the tower, just keeping the best ones and benching the ones who couldn't survive. No POR boosts in case you ask. --- I did prologue with Micayah killing the mobs, then Nolan only until I get Ilyana. End of chapter 1: Micayah 5,14: 17 hp, 2 str, 11 mag, 9 skl, 8 spd, 13 lck, 2 def, 8 res. Nolan 13,59: 12 str, 1 mag, 15 skl, 14 spd, 7 lck, 13 def (I gave him the dracoshield), 4 res. Got unlucky on strength...I didn't modify my level ups, I didn't use Cheat Engine, everything legit. Maybe I'll use save/reload to maximize stats per level for the bad sarting characters (Jill, Volug whose exp gains suck, Brom at the beginning if he doesn't get good level ups from the get-go, Mordecai, the other tiger, Ike because he needs good stats to beat Fast Food) but not like resetting 30 times until I get a near-perfect level up like I like to do (just going for the stats they lack will be enough). Ike will be forced to use axes once he can, unless the boss attacks him from 2 range (forcing a 1-2 range legendary weapon named Ragnell). If he can be beaten with Urvan then Ike will use Urvan, but I highly doubt it (range, stats, WTD).
  13. Kind of the opposite to "Say something nice about your favourite character". I thought it would be fun to do something like this. I'll start. Hana's English voice is annoying. The same goes for Mia and Olivia. Nowi's outfit makes no sense. Nyx is a shitty unit. Ophelia is basically Owain with boobs. Chrom can be pretty bland. Lissa isn't a good combat unit. Frederick can fall behind if you don't use him regularly. Story-favouritism for Alm is pretty annoying. I hate Genny's ending. I also dislike how Celica is reduced to damsel in distress in Act 5. Saber's haircut looks goofy. Palla, Catria and Est don't live up to the hype surrounding them in Echoes.
  14. 2017 was a big year for the Fire Emblem franchise with not one, not two, but three new games. So I thought to myself, since the Academy Awards are coming up soon, what would a Oscars for Fire Emblem be like? So tell me what categories the awards would have and maybe nominate a few things while your at it. And if this gets popular maybe we could start a poll to decide winners. So just a few categories to get started with could be Best Game(obviously), Best Voice Actor, Best Voice Actress, Best Soundtrack, and Best Visuals. Feel free to add more if you wish.
  15. So let us assume that you have a captain who presides over each stat and that these captains are the ones who score highest on that stat in the Barracks sort option. Who are your Captains? Also lets just assume that we aren't intentionally min-maxing for this. Just your standard/current setups. I included the next in line, the lieutenants if you will, as well just for fun. HP - My Captain of getting hit is Arden(5*) at 60HP .No surprise there. Beating his HP total isn't an easy task. His lieutenants are Amelia(5*) and Felicia who are both have 52(4*) HP. Yeah apparently Felicia has one of the highest HP stats in my army. ATK - My Captain of hitting people is Lilina(4*) at 58 Attack. She has three lieutenants. Ike(5*), Minerva(5*), and her papa Hector(5*) all tie at 55. Hector must be so proud of his little girl, yes? SPD - My most hyper Captain is Felicia at 43 Speed. Felicia. . . wasn't being Arden's lieutenant enough for you? Do you need to stack your plate even higher? Her lieutenant is Eirika(4*) at 40 Speed. Had Eirika one less speed, Felicia would have had a large number of lieutenants, all women. I wonder if that would have been her way of trying to tell me something? DEF - The Captain who holds the line is Draug(4*) with 44 Defense. He relies on Lukas(4*), 42 Defense, to cover his back. RES - And should I ever be overthrown and reliant on the resistance to put me back on, my Captains would be Sheena(4*), Lute(5*), and Felicia all who possess 39 points of resistance. Because when fighting for the throne it is best not to put all your eggs in one basket. And dang it Felicia how high are you planning to stack your plate?! That is going to make such a mess when you inevitably trip and fall! They are rather strapped for resources and so they share a single lieutenant whose name is Deirdre(5*) and possess 38 resistance. Felicia sure is determined to help out around the barracks. I guess that is what happens when her summoner supports her! Anyways just figured it might be fun to do this. Though sadly Felicia may not hold all those positions for long. I am thinking of switching out my summoner support at some point. Might just support Tharja for the TT. Or maybe I'll leave Felicia and use her as my healer. Decisions Decisions. Edit- Maybe a bit boring, but apparently my Captain of Captains(if you use the Rating sort) is Amelia at 207, with Nowi(4*) Assisting her at 201. Edit2- Saw folks sharing 4*/5* for their captains. Many of mine are merged 4*'s. I prefer to merge to make room rather than sending home.
  16. Let's talk about some impossible pairings in the FE series just for fun! FE1/3/11/12: Doga/Point FE4: Sigurd/Valflame FE6: Roy/Guinevere, Lillina/Wolt, Roy/Idoun (actually, there is a Roy/Idoun story on fanfiction.net made by the excellent author COOKIECHEESEMAN, I highly recommend it.) FE7: Lyn/Nils (lol why not), Eliwood/Isadora, Eliwood/Farina, Eliwood/Farina, Eliwood/Rebecca, Erk/Lyn (lol), Jaffar/Ursula (hey, they're both Disney villains) Elibe in General: Roy/Lyn, Roy/Rebecca, Roy/FE7 Pegasus Sisters (props to a certain user for her funny story with those pairings...) FE13: Lon'qu/Say'ri (I can actually see this work.), Chrom/Tiki (eh, why not) FE15: Kliff/Faye (lol) Crossover: Roy/Caeda (well, I had to choose...) That's all I have for now...
  17. https://www.twitch.tv/gigisimmons If anyone is interested in finding a new chill spot to enjoy some FE playthroughs, come hang sometime. FE won't be the only game I will stream of course, but at the moment I mostly stream that. Come watch me mess up! No capture card at the moment, but I'll eventually stream a variety of games I have in my game library. I have a bunch of systems to play off of ranging from retro to brand new. Either way, come chill sometime, it will be great to have you there! Starting a playthrough for Fire Emblem on the GBA and Fire Emblem Sacred Stones. I'll be going back and forth between the two and FE: Path of Radiance which I already started. Come hang out, enjoy the nostalgia!
  18. I don't know if someone started something like this, but I'll go for it. Tell people what you think of their sig. No rude comments, please.
  19. I know the newer FE titles get a lot of hate, especially Fates, but I absolutely fell in love with Conquest. I've been with the series since right after FE7 first released in Europe (I was born in Serbia and lived there most of my life) and managed to snag an English PAL copy. Immediately, I was head over heels. Smash didn't get me hyped, and I didn't come into the series late. The second it left Japan, I was on board. On top of this, I've played through and beaten every single FE game AND the spinoff/related titles like the TS games numerous times. So needless to say I'm no series noob, and the older Fire Emblem elements everyone seems to love is what I knew the second I fell in love with the series. Now, I love Awakening (I love all FE games, except FE2 and FE5 though I still enjoy those titles) a lot, and I even like Birthright a lot as well (it was really ambient and you got access to most of the new classes immediately) and Revelations I feel had a good story, even though it wasn't quite on par with FE9 and FE10. Though I still have this, pit, in my stomach when I play those games because they're missing some of what I came to love so much all those years ago. Conquest, cured this. Now, Conquest is STILL a lot different than the older Fire Emblem titles, the new weapon triangle system is still present, weapons just go on in terms of usage forever, forging exists, the castle shit, etc. I LIKE all those things, I genuinely hope they stay because you're not just calculating how much a weapon weighs anymore. It used to be, any character with high constitution could use whatever weapon and suffer no penalty for it. In Fates, using shit like Silver weapons can cripple your next attack, and Steel weapons can prevent you from doubling outright. A lot of people bitch and moan about this, but I rather like it. It adds more strategy to the game, as do skills. It's no longer as cut and dry as it used to be, now, provided you're playing on a harder difficulty where you haven't ubergrinded the hell out of your characters (Which Birthright and Awakening let you do RELIGIOUSLY, Conquest doesn't give hardly any grinding options which I love) you're actually going to have to make some REAL calculations when you're playing through the game. Older FE got too easy, even on the hardest of difficulties. The RNG system was extremely predicable and was even easily manipulated, weapon types had no drawbacks other than weight, some characters like Swordmasters and Berserkers could effortlessly become OHKO machines when given killer weapons and how much damage an enemy could do was all easily calculated. I see a lot of bitch moaning over shit being luck based. People really don't like it, I guess I can see why because it's entirely out of their control. The thing for me is, luck is a REAL factor on REAL battlefields. On a real battlefield, you can't just predict and calculate your way into perfect victory after victory, if so this planet would have one country, The United Empire of Earth. Adding luck based variables like certain skills triggering, a less predictable RNG system and some other things makes the game feel more real, and it's a looming variable that makes you weigh your choices more carefully. Conquest did what I dreamed of, it kept all the new shit I loved with the newer games and even added some of its own new and good shit, but it also took away a lot of the things that made the newer games laughably easy and brought some of the old school FE traits back. Now, I do not think Conquest is as soul crushingly difficult as a lot of people say it is, though it DOES have difficulty, but there are times on Lunatic (and even on Hard mode early on in the game) where Conquest will absolutely fist you. This is not a bad thing, if you don't get wrecked by the game every once in a while, you start getting careless. Getting wrecked makes you a better player, plain and simple. I also really enjoyed the Fates storylines, because I don't nitpick for tropes and the like when FE is a series that has been littered with troupes and archetypes since its birth. All in all, the comeback of the older Fire Emblem elements that prevents you from going godmode on the game by grinding your team into oblivion as well as making the map goals a bit more diverse was really, REALLY nice to see, then that combined with the new elements in my opinion makes this the best game in the series. Though the Dragon Veins are fucking stupid, there's no getting around that. Anyway, I'm sure not everyone will agree with me, this IS just my opinion. Though I'm just making this because I wonder how many old school FE players really liked Conquest the way I did due to the wonderful combination of old and new.
  20. Alright of all your cards you have which one(s) are your most precious? Also which card(s) that you managed to pull, traded or got hold on was most surprising or least expecting getting? As for of a small collector/casual player got myself two boxes along with the starter packs. However, I have to say the cards I pulled these are my babies: [spoiler=My precious] I really liked I managed to pull Xander, Elise, Selena and both Corrins on my second box. I'm not sad that I didn't manage to pull Camilla or anything! However, I was dissapointed that I didn't manage to get hold on a SR+ or R+ until closer inspection [spoiler=Unexpected] No SR+ though What does the gold text usually say on these + cards?
  21. Hello, everyone! It's my honour to be hosting the Third Mug Medley game (first part is here, second is here). Again, here are the rules: Basically just try and make the most fucked up weird and amusing mug you can think of. There are no limits on how much times you can edit the mug. So let's start this round with everyone's favourite Sacaean Dame: [spoiler=Mug Medley 3 Hall of Fame] [spoiler=The Great Lyn Disaster]
  22. Basically, a fun topic where we give ideas on how to balance the cast of the DS games. We'll begin with FE11's Marth and FE12's Avatar. FE11 Marth is notable for being one of the worst lords in Fire Emblem games. Being swordlocked, low damage output and usually moving fully to get to the throne, he doesnt get lots of chances to get experience. How do you think he could be fixed/rebalanced? As for FE12 Avatar, we all know he/she's the best combat unit in FE12. Having a plethora of class options to choose from at the beginning. Having 8 mini chapters where he/she excels and having above average growths, opportunity to get experience and nice customizable bases. Some of his class choices need some help, while others could definetely be toned down...
  23. The title. haven't seen a topic for this yet and figured it'd be cool to have one thread instead of a bunch of threads. (if there is one sorry for obtuseness) I'm guessing you have to add friend codes to play with friends so lets play with each other. Post your FC here if you want and i'll add it to the this google doc list SF friend code list for fates https://docs.google.com/document/d/1qrxkyauXlGLMXbpNC6s9-3LqTwDWDD-3F-bkmarUfak/edit i've only played one battle so far with just corrin and felicia but hope to improve my team as the game progresses.
  24. So, I did some searching over here and there and ... any topic about funny videos? No? None? ... Then I shall create one by myself! :D https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XMpvvnOHC1U Post & Enjoy!
  25. Hello, everyone, and welcome to a Let’s Play of Micro Emblem! I’m sure you all recognize me from my Nuzlocke playthrough of Fire Emblem: Genealogy of the Holy War… Anyone? No? Well, today I present you with an LP of a creative and fun Fire Emblem fangame made by SEVA with 19 chapters. This game is supposed to be pretty challenging. I guess we’ll see as time goes on, won’t we~ I aim to get the secret ‘Good Ending’, which apparently exists in the game. Hmm, I wonder how you reach it… Well, on to Chapter One! [spoiler=Chapter One] As you can see, the creator chose an 8-bit art style for this game. I quite enjoy it. Naturally, I press start and… That’s right, this game even has a VS mode! I didn’t check it out, though… Anyway, I click story. Then new… And Chapter One begins! This is going to be fun : ] Here's the map. We get to use a King, an Archer, a Knight (cavalier), and a Soldier. Here we have the King’s stats. I thought for sure I got a screenshot of the unit’s placement… That’s not what matters here, though. Below his stats there’s what may turn out to be my favorite button in the game. the Rename button. I’m going to have fun with these names The King’s name. What? You think it’s a strange choice? Bah! You have no taste. Here we have Jiffy, the Archer. He’s so cute~ Viscoci the Knight, named after viscosity. Or at least I thought so, but apparently the second ‘C’ is an ‘S’... Here we have Ikrace the Soldier. His name does NOT stay the same, and his next name is ‘Tesla’. I shall refer to him as Tesla even while he’s Ikrace. Some menu changes here. Attack has been replaced with Fight while Wait is changed to Stop. There’s also no healing items like Vulneraries in this fangame, and no trading (since each unit is given a weapon they permanently use and it never breaks). Here’s a demonstration of Quek’s move. Don’t worry, this is average for Micro Emblem. Our starting formation. The plan is to lure the Butcher over there (not a Healer, I couldn’t tell either) and attack him while he’s separated from the rest of his army. Config is still here, not that I change anything in it. Quit is like Suspend but sends you to the beginning of the chapter (I did that once on Chapter One :(). And finally, End ends your turn. Quite a few enemies start to approach us. Jiffy heads forward to try and pick off the Butcher. Then, Viscoci goes in to… Yeah, Knights aren’t that great of fighters… Instead of that, we make the most well-planned wall in existence. Definitely no glaring flaws in its design… Naturally, the Butcher attacks Jiffy so Tesla goes in to stab him. He does a whopping 5 damage to him, too! That village isn’t just there for show. You can visit it and get… His name is Berah. Don’t listen to that lie of a name. His stats are good, though. Heal has been replaced with treat despite the class’s name being Healer. Tesla gets some of his precious health back. He needs it… Our new formation. Don’t worry, Berah can’t be attacked by the Butcher. There’s still a large amount of forces walking over to us, and I’m very intimidated. We’ll be able to pull through though, I’m sure! Spot the problem with this plan! I found it! What a close call… Tesla attacks and kills the Butcher. Jiffy moves forward while Quek starts aggressively stabbing this poor Soldier. Viscoci is actually useful! :D The best formation. We (obviously) survived that but now another Butcher is approaching! Jiffy chips away at the Soldier’s health (and is only in range of the Soldier). Viscoci is so good… Well, he’s able to kill the Soldier right here. Good job unless you’re fighting a Butcher! Berah helps Quek make a wall. Quek slices this Butcher’s arm off and… If there weren’t as many Butchers in this game, then you would be a pretty great unit, Viscoci. But there are so you’re going to the bench (if there is one). The worst formation. Berah and Jiffy are both attacked and put in pain. Jiffy, I think, could survive another blow however. Quek misses. Thanks a lot, RNG. No one else can get into a position in which they could kill the Butcher except for Jiffy… Who also misses! Thank you Anna, this is very helpful >.< Tesla attacks the Soldier, by the way. I would’ve been able to kill the Soldier if Quek had hit the Butcher and Jiffy had attacked the Soldier, but sure let’s just let me get RNG’d. So yeah, Tesla and Berah both died. I reset and take a break. I’ll see you all next time! Obviously, I was kidding. LET’S DO THIS. We lure out the Butcher. And I didn’t take any other screenshots for this oops, but the Butcher walked over and died. I create a wall to block off any and all possible death. Except for the fact that Jiffy’s in the wall. God, I need to plan better. Nonetheless, the wall works and someone even kills one of the Soldiers or he backs away. My units begin their advance and let our useful worm do its job. Apparently that Soldier isn’t biting… Oh well, all the better for me to work with. Quek decides that he wants to stand in the range of the Butcher as well. How selfish. The fish bites but it appears the Soldier is standing in the range of it for backup. Yes, the generic Soldier had smart enough A.I. that he KNEW to do that. I was impressed. I make one of the better formations of the chapter... And it allows me to reel in our catch! The Soldier is wounded as well. Well, that’s the end of the Chapter. You guys put up a great fight. Good game! Wow, that was fun and had just the right amount of challenge for the beginning of the game. It was intelligently planned and genuinely required me to think unlike Awakening. Great job so far, SEVA. Alright, I plan on uploading these once a day, but I wouldn’t count on that being 100% the case. Could someone help me create a gif showing the map in it? I don't know how to do that with Imgur. Thanks!
