I am currently looking for collaborators on a project to create simple, Fire Emblem themed miniatures for use in tabletop games or possibly say, a themed chess board. I have purchased a 3D printer and spent the necessary time fine tuning it, and I am confident it is up to the task! But now I need some help! I'm looking for someone with experience creating digital 3D models to help bring this vision to life. I am willing to pay for commission designs or if you'd like I'd be happy to print out some of your other designs and send them to you in return. Let us be allies in this project! My ambition is to create simple, generic ones, in the style of the old GBA battle sprites for each class. etc. They don't need to be immensely detailed or very high polygon. (: I think it would be great if we could bring some of the charm the GBA sprites had to real life. ^^ If you're interested in joining forces or know someone who might be let me know! Send me a message or we can talk here in the topic. You can also send me an email at [email protected] And if anyone else has any Fire Emblem 3D models they want to see brought to life, I'm just itching to print things! ^^
Ever wanted to play chess with people on Serenes Forest? Well, now you can! Here are the rules: Games of chess will be played according to the FIDÉ rules. Two players will be playing the game at a given time. When a player makes a move, they must also post the position using this client so that their opponent does not have to play through the entire game to get to the position. Players have fourteen days to reply to a previous move. If a player loses, they must wait for one game before playing again. If a player wins, they can either play the next challenger or opt out of the next game. The first (demo) game will be between @TheSilentChloey (White) and @Sigismund of Luxemburg (Black). Please message me or write on this thread if you would like to play. Players currently considering/being considered for participation: @Rex Glacies, @Clarine, @Byakuren Hijiri, @blah the Prussian
Playing as white against easy AI Anyone can post whenever Say your move and I'll pick the most common/random one using an RNG if there's a tie/no common moves I'll update in timely intervals, 3 hours minimum for each turn, longer if need be, i'll wait for at least 3 responses. I'll start e2 -> e4 btw I'm not actually that good at chess, just thought i'd test this idea out. Future FE games maybe?? :O
