    I've not been able to build anything on my save file for a really, realllly long time now. However, the entire time, the blacked out 'build' button has had the 'new' symbol on it and has told me continued to tell me that buildings are currently unavailable. I'm wondering if this is normal or if this is some sort of glitch/bug. Since then I have not been able to build anything new, including statues, but I have been able to update what has already been built as per normal. At first, I thought that the build button would become available again around chapter 20 - 22, but now I'm not so sure. I was just wondering if this was normal for Revelations? [Note: My copy of the game is a special edition one]. Pictures Below, images are large, sorry.
