  1. I’ve been having this thought for a bit now, cause my main pairing for Camilla is Odin but I keep debating on what happens to her after the game. Does she stay in Fatesland or does she go with Odin/Owain, and presumably Ophelia, to his world? I doubt she’d be all that keen on leaving her family but I think she’d want Odin/Owain to be happy too and be able to back to his home and family. I just don’t know what to do about her. So what do you all think, do you think Camilla would stay or leave?
  2. Let's face it, Odin is unfortunately one of the worst units in the games due to his stats. While he is great skill inheritance fodder due native access to Blardblade, Moonbow and R Tomebreaker, his stat arrangement is too focused on HP. His speed is average and he has an 'okay' balanced mixed defenses of 25. His greatest weakness, however, is his abyssmal Atk stat of 22- only higher than Azama. Odin's playstyle requires a lot of team support, so he's not a unit you would typically use for modes like Arena because you typically have to build your team around him. That said, if you still want to make some use of him or just want to use him out of favouritism, there's no stopping you from using him in PvE game modes where his defensive prowess would be more useful than the fast-paced ORKO-based Arena and Arena Assault. Odin really wants to get as much stats as possible, such Fury, Summoner and Ally supports to add on to his stats. Might as well have fun using Odin and either make sets that are gimmicky or are based on specific team support. Some of the options provided are a bit expensive for theorycrafting purposes, but usually Fury is a fairly cheap stat upgrade for Odin. Level 40 stats: HP: 40/43/46 Atk: 19/22/25 Spd: 29/32/35 Def: 22/25/29 Res: 22/25/29 (Bold means a difference of 4 stats) Total: 147~148 Default skills: Weapon: Blarblade+ Assist: ---- Special: Moonbow Passive A: Defiant Atk 3 Passive B: R Tomebreaker Passive C: ---- Blades of Heroic Blood (Bladetome): Nocturnal Hunting Strike (Blarrowl): My Sword Hand Counters (Close Counter): Dark Raven Retaliation (Blarraven): Aching Blood of an Ylissean Cleric (Support/Healer): Warper Warrior: Panic Strike: Brash and Brazen Body Blow: Dark Dragon Deluge (Anti-Dragon Debuffer):
  3. I've been playing Conquest Hard Classic lately, and I was determined to use Odin because I love the Awakening Trio's characters, and I decided to test how Odin performs when you heart seal him back into Owain (Samurai). For me, this has resulted in a unit that I can quite reliably give a pair up partner to, and then throw him at half of the map and win. I realize that as a mage Odin is objectively bad, but after trying this I honestly think he is supposed to be heart sealed into a samurai. Unless your Corrin can go Samurai/Swordmaster, this would make him one of, if not the, only swordmaster-capable units on the Conquest route. This means Vantage, Astra, Swordfaire, and the (to me) underrated Duelist's Blow. I know that sword-lock is traditionally a not-wanted attribute, but in Conquest a lot of the bosses are either at WT Disadvantage, or neutral WT, so Swordmaster!Odin is a fairly reliable boss-killer too. His personal skill lets you get acceptable amounts of crit from even just a forged Iron/Steel sword, but a forged and properly named Killing Edge gives him enough to crit reliably. Additionally, even though his skill growths don't make it really necessary, starting with Heartseeker lets him hit targets with high avoid in the early levels more easily -- though there aren't a terribly large number of ninjas before he would likely be promoting. I guess what I am posting this for is for discussion on whether or not you think it's worth the early Heart Seal. If you bring it with you to his recruitment chapter, there are a lot of axe-users that he can get easy kills on, but that heart seal might be better used on Corrin? What do you guys think?
