  1. SOURCE: http://nintendoeverything.com/nintendo-q1-financial-results-fy32018-switch-at-4-7-million-shipped-total/ So during Nintendo's financial report, they highlighted some figures for the Switch and 3DS. Interestingly enough, they decided to mention the following: "For Nintendo 3DS, Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia was released in Japan in April and overseas in May and has been a popular title." Could this be an indication that Shadows of Valentia sold much better than previously expected, or is this just Nintendo PR speak for the 3DS? Perhaps IS will be willing to remake other games in the series if this game was considered "popular" by Nintendo.
  2. I just checked the Nintendo eShop today in my Nintendo 3DS system. I saw that Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia was marked under in the Best Sellers Category in North America. It definitely looks like we could get more Echoes titles (or remakes) happening in the future. I didn't see anyone posted it to mentioned about it.
  3. I just want to know how the overall sales. I know the reviews were mix to mostly good but what about the sales. Nintendo usually like to brag about sales with their titles last year fate sold like 400k and Nintendo brag about that. Echoes not so much. So does anyone know the sales numbers yet.
  4. Hey there! For those that don't know, Fire emblem Echoes topped the last week Charts in Video Game related Software Sales, with over 131,000 Sales (Bear in mind this only takes into account Physical Sales, not digital) Source: http://gematsu.com/2017/04/media-create-sales-41717-42317 What are your thoughts? Well I Personally think is a very strong week 1. People have the fates "Week 1 Sales of over 300k", but remember that there was Conquest and Birthright, giving an average of 150k per game, now that there is only one, the fall isn't quite that big. And besides, Digital accounts for a big portion of the sales, Data that unfortunately, we don't have. But I suspect that the digital sales will at least allowed the game to hit 150k on its first week. (Low estimate). I Suspect that the game will be hitting around 230k (In Physical Sales) by the end of week 2, hopefully this number is trumped, but i believe it to be somewhat close to what is going to be. Since it hasn't even released outside of japan, on the two biggest markets in the world (European Union and America), I'm thinking that the game will sell pretty well. (Not Fates or Awakening, mind you). Is another remake an impossibility? Your thoughts!
  5. I don't know how many people have Atlus Faithful on their email list but: Persona Q is going on eShop for $20 off--and supposedly this is for retailer as well. It's down to $29.99. The Faithful email doesn't give dates other than "for this week and the next," but the sales are on Nintendo eShop offers page of the website. Notable mentions are Ace Attorney Trilogy for about $7 off ($22.49 after sale) and Ace Attorney: Dual Destinies for almost half off ($16.79 after sale). I already have Persona Q and Dual Destinies but though I should let people know. I'm going to wait and see if Trilogy will go for a bit lower in the future. Still got a lot of games to finish....
  6. Source: http://blog.us.playstation.com/2014/03/03/ps4-hits-6-million-ushers-in-new-era-of-social-gameplay/ http://www.nintendo.co.jp/ir/library/historical_data/pdf/consolidated_sales_e1312.pdf So yeah, this says a lot about how successful the ps4 is (and how much of a failure the Wii U is). Keep in mind that the 5.8 Mi. Wii U are shipped to stores, while the 6 Mi. PS4 are sold to consumers.
