  1. I was watching Lucky Crit's Full Breakdown Video of Fire Emblem Engage on YouTube to point out some stuff he notices. He did say that he pretty speculating the voice of Male Alear in the trailer cutscene sounded closely to Johnny Yong Bosch that gives the Lelouch moment from Code Geass there and plus, I do know that Johnny Yong Bosch did have other roles in Cup of Tea Productions before like Guy & Emil from Tales of Series games & BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle when he returned to voice Yu & Tohru Adachi. Since we know that pretty much the Avatars when they have been introduced when the voice acting Fire Emblem games gets announced that have VA introduced in Fire Emblem games for the Avatar who have not appeared in previous FE titles. (except for Shez who both his & her VAs did voice Saul & Ullr in Fire Emblem Heroes before Shez was introduced in Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes) I was listening to the other roles comparing to the cutscene and some in the trailer, it sounded might be close enough that make it sounded like Johnny Yong Bosch as Male Alear, but the rest like battle and Emblem Enage scene that I am not too sure about it yet. But I do also think that could have also been Lucien Dodge (VA of Leon, Felix, and Naesala) as well since he does sound similar to Johnny Yong Bosch. But it does sound somewhere calmly in the cutscene. Do you think Lucky Crit's voice actor speculation of Male Alear's could have been Johnny Yong Bosch or not? I was thinking it on 50-50 on this topic.
  2. I just got a Twitter notification that Patrick Seitz (the voice director in Awakening, Warriors, Three Houses, and Heroes along with VA for Basilio, Hector, Camus, Jeritza, etc.) just tweeted minutes ago when I asked Patrick Seitz about the confusion that Behind The Voice Actors website (which it was skeptical for them to make jump the gun to put it in a snap and claming it that they were right without checking their sources) about if he did voiced Laurent that made confusion around in 2016. Patrick Seitz just reconfirmed it in his tweet reply that he indeed voiced Laurent in Awakening (he did made a mistake in 2016 that he didn't exclusively voiced Basilio in Awakening). The credits in Fire Emblem Awakening for Laurent's part labeled voiced by George C. Cole was a mistake.
  3. Hi everybody! My name's Kyle McCarley, and I'm the new voice of Alm. If you're familiar with my work as 9S in NieR: Automata, you may be aware of the fact that I streamed my playthrough of the game on my Twitch channel. Starting on Tuesday 5/30 at 7:00pm Pacific, I'll be doing the same thing with Shadows of Valentia. Hope to see some of you then!
  4. I was looking up the various characters on Behind The Voice Actors and the Fire Emblem Wiki, and I noticed that the only two playable characters who don't have confirmed English voice actors are Subaki and Siegbert. After listening to their various voice clips, I am pretty positive that they are voiced by the same VA, so if anyone knows anything about him, please post below. As Fire Emblem fans, we cannot idly stand by while two of our units and the man who voiced them go unaccredited. 5. So in an [it's "http://www.gamevoices.co.uk/profiles/blogs/april-s-gamevoices-interview-is-with-the-extremely-entertaining-m]interview with Gamevoices[/url], VA/"mo-cap guy" Reuben Langdon mentioned that he played Raiden in Super Smash Bros.: Since Raiden didn't appear at all in Brawl, nor has he ever been voiced by Langdon, many people took this as confirmation that Raiden would appear in some capacity in the upcoming Super Smash Bros. for Wii U/3DS.Later, Langdon claimed that he had mixed up Super Smash Bros. with Playstation All-Stars. However, many have noted this explanation is problematic, as Langdon has not previously voiced Raiden at all(not even in PSA), nor did he do mo-cap work for him in that game since Raiden's animations were ripped from MGR:R(and no, he didn't do mo-cap work for that game either). Edit: I should note that Reuben Langdon has done voice work as Ken Masters and Dante (from Devil May Cry), so he's a notable name. Also keep in mind that this isn't the first time something like this has happened: David Hayter revealed Jigglypuff's return fro Brawl, and Krystal's VA (Alesia Glidewell) leaked that Krystal would be appearing in Brawl. Edit 2: Gamevoices has amended the interview: I should also point out that it's possible that Langdon did uncredited mocap work for the cut scenes in PSA.
