Let's see, I'm around 5 foot 11 and 181 pounds. (it usually ranges from lower 180's to higher 170's) I'm not sure how to convert it to the whole centimeter/kilogram thing. I reckon I'd be around 160 if it weren't for muscle. (not exactly what you'd call puny)

One ft is like 33 cm, and one inch is 3,3 cm.

As for pounds, there's an online convertor.

I'M FEELING SMALL.

I'm five feet, seven inches tall. I weighed in at a little over 150 pounds last I checked. I'm short and kind of pudgy.

*calculates a little, converts some more*

Hey, you are around my stature 8D

I can't rmember my exact measurements, but last time I weighed, I was about 16.5 Stone.

That is... 231lbs.

I'm about 6ft tall.

All I can say is, I've got alot of muscle and physical strength.

People can actually gain weight from weight training, since muscle weighs much more than fat. So if you go to the gym regularly and actually start putting weight on, it's just muscle. I remember reading, the guy and the girl from the Transformers movie started putting weight on because of the muscle they had built from working on the movie.

Cycle machines, or treadmils, are good for burning fat.[/uselessrambling]
