My brother was treating Mother 3 as the best thing ever, and that made me not want to play it. Symphonia isn't hyped. It really is that good. Halo is hyped. Symphonia is good. And by now it only costs like 10 bucks new. So it's not like it would be that big a loss. I can't force you to get it, but it is IMO the greatest game ever, and the closest thing to the second coming of Jesus that I believe my life will hold. In short: I reccomend it.
