Oh, The Yiga generals are just nasty - as in the "they one shot you if they hit you" kind of nasty.

isn't trying to fight a skeletal bird that wears a wedding veil (you may now say "what").

Oh, that's fun. But I've managed to kill a guardian so I should be able to fight one if I come across one

You don't know what I'm talking about? Thought as much. The fiend in question is Ba'al I: Turtle Dove from Bravely Default. It's a Nemesis you can get from Streetpass... and it's really nasty. It's also a tie-in to said game's sequel. Its main gimmick is making your party members fall in love. Not with it, of course. Afterwards, it uses Heartbreak for major damage to besotted targets (aka, any party members in love; however, it can be nullified if you null dark damage). If you want more, here it is:

Doesn't know about Beefy McWhatnow.

Spoiler

The Yiga only really come out after invading their hideout during the Gerudo Divine Beast mission, so I'm going to assume he's not going to face many until then.

I haven't played it yet, but I know that they eventually become more aggressive.

Did not just read that Marshadow was struck with the banhammer. Again.
