Yup, it's relatively easy to get, especially if you are on a second playthrough, where Free Day activity points are increased from 3 to 9. Only "issue" is that these 3 activity points per Free Day on a first playthrough don't allow you to max out your friendships with everyone, so if you start on Klaus' stuff too late (there's a cut-off point for his events, I don't remember the actual Chapter number, however), you won't meet the requirements.
