To be honest, I only really post on the Fire Emblem and ROM Hacking boards, so I only recognize Tino and Fireman, but I'm sure Shuuda was an excellent choice for promotion as well. I picked them solely by how they have acted and what they have posted. Tino has clashed with me and the rest of the staff on several occasions, which is why the staff was iffy about him, but when he conflicted with us, it wasn't bad, it was just not well timed, plus he was a normal member at the time so it didn't help, but I had the feeling that if he had been able to actually discuss things in private with the rest of the staff, he would've actually helped a lot. He's already made one suggestion in the staff boards that we're considering right now, and it's a really good idea actually. so he's already helping. As Popo, I believe, called him in the staff forums, he's somewhat of a Dark Horse character compared to the rest of the staff. Fireman, he's been here for a long while, and seems to be pretty helpful, but is relaxed enough to take a joke at the same time. I felt we needed someone flexible like him, who for the most part, out of all the older SF members has shown a pretty high maturity level. There are other reasons behind this too, but I don't feel the need to state them. Shuuda seems to have been doing a good job, and we need extra manpower across the board, so we're promoting him.
