The character development problem? Just do what I do. Have them talk more. Rein's read my story apparently so he probably knows everything there is to know about certain characters

Try express importance too. Basically try to express how important things are to people. When something big happens that would make a character happy/sad/angry/excited express as deeply as you can just how happy/sad/angry/excited they are. Explain how adversely affected the characters are by the world around them. That always helps with development issues :)

Everything there is to know is an understatement. It's almost too much for me to remember all at once... (well not really but you get my point).
