I read and loved the manga (it's the only one I gave a 10/10) and I think that might be part of the reason I didn't see the OVA's as a masterpiece like many others. From what I've read in synopses and reviews, I'm pretty sure that is nothing like the final arc of the RuroKen manga, which is actually where the Tsuiokuhen OVA's originate from since Enishi is the main villain.
