One of my current works in progress to battle sprite all the FE1DS/FE3DS characters. My first attempt at drawing Norne. Came out good for a first attempt. Remember, I'm an amateur, please no harsh comments. Hm... have you seen this one? *coughs and points to avi* Its my GBA face mug! Definately not the best thing I've done, its fairly meh. Oh well. This one sucked. I need a lot of tweaking. Suggestions to help me? A request to who can guess who it is. Zak Something Posted August 17, 2010 Share Posted August 17, 2010 I'm gonna be honest, his face is a bit... Odd. It looks kind of flat. And the shading on the armor is off. It's good otherwise, better then anything I've ever made (except for my current avatar, which is the best thing ever I made spritewise.) And what do you want me to draw/sprite? Round 9 Splicing, very meh and uncreative, I just wanted to get in before Astra closed it. Same Guy, another FC, the Great Knight, one with hair, one without. Im not sure which looks better. My advice, don't start spriting Full Customs this early on in your career, the best route would be to splice many mugs together, and study shading on FE mugs. THEN start Full Customs.
